DOMESTIC - Report at 2:42 a.m. Friday of a disturbance on the 300 block of James Street. Officers responded and were advised nothing had taken place.
Report at 1:49 a.m. Friday of a verbal domestic on the 900 block of South Eighth Street. Officers spoke with both parties.
Report at 6:32 p.m. Thursday of a male and female arguing on the 500 block of West College Drive. Officers spoke with subjects who agreed to separate for the night.
Report at 1:24 a.m. Thursday of a verbal dispute on the 700 block of Walnut Street.

ARREST - A 59-year-old man was arrested at 10:57 p.m. Thursday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, no license, careless driving and obstructing the legal process during a traffic stop on H Street and 12th Avenue Northeast.
SUSPICIOUS - Report at 10:04 p.m. Thursday of a suspicious vehicle parked after hours at Kiwanis Park, 1101 E. River Road.
Report at 12:30 p.m. Thursday of a vehicle parked on the wrong side of the road on Two Mile Road and Highway 18, Brainerd. Officer met with occupant who was an employee on a break.
THEFT - Report Thursday of a theft of two bikes on the 1400 block of 12th Avenue Northeast.
DISTURBANCE - Report at 6:04 p.m. Thursday of neighbors having an argument on the 800 block of Walnut Street. Officers spoke with female who said she was having a verbal argument with a male, who left before the officers arrived.
ASSAULT - Report at 10:13 a.m. Thursday that his son was assaulted on the 1600 block of Washington Street.

ASSIST - Assisted with an arrest of a 37-year-old man Aug. 7 on Third Avenue Northwest and Airport Road for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Cited two 20-year-olds Aug. 5 for underage possession of alcohol on Highway 10 West and Sixth Street Northeast.
BURGLARY - Report at 1:21 a.m. Aug. 9 of an attempted burglary on the 800 block of Fourth Street Northeast.
Report Aug. 6 of a burglary on the 700 block of Dakota Avenue Southeast.
DISTURBANCE - Report Aug. 3 of a dispute involving a landlord and tenant on the 400 block of Sixth Street Southeast. Police learned the tenant became agitated and was yelling profanities at the landlord. Both subjects were advised.
Assisted in an arrest of a 30-year-old man at 3:04 a.m., Aug. 8, on Fourth Avenue Northeast and Eighth Street for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.
