DOMESTIC - Report at 8:56 Sunday of a domestic on the 12000 block of Crow Wing County Road 44, Brainerd. Parties agreed to separate for night.

Report at 2:11 a.m. Sunday of a physical domestic on the 9300 block of Forest Heights Drive, Brainerd.

Report at 9:34 a.m. Saturday of a domestic on the 18000 block of Hartley Drive, Brainerd.

ASSAULT - Report at 3:21 p.m. Sunday of an assault on the 12000 block of County Road 44, Brainerd.

Report at 1:37 a.m. Sunday of an assault on the 19000 block of Spencer Road, Brainerd. The victim was taken to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, Brainerd.

Report at 6:09 p.m. Saturday of an assault on the 12000 block of County Road 44, Brainerd.

THEFT - Report Sunday of a theft from a vehicle on the 17000 block of Highway 371.

Report Saturday of identity theft in Riverton.

DISTURBANCE - Report at 12:08 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 16000 block of Brighton Point Road, Deerwood.

Report at 3:24 a.m. Sunday of a disturbance with males fighting on the 9600 block of Birchwood Lane, Garrison. Parties agreed to separate for night.

Report at 8:36 p.m. Saturday for a disturbance on the 14000 block of County Road 22, Brainerd.

Report at 4:25 p.m. Friday of a "very upset" female at the Crow Wing County Auditor's Office, 326 Laurel St. Deputies stood by.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 11:50 p.m. Saturday of suspicious activity on County Road 3 and Executive Acres Road, Brainerd.

Report at 1:06 a.m. Friday of a vehicle parked on side of the road with hazard lights on County Road 1 and Yost Road, Emily.

FIRE - Report at 8:46 p.m. Saturday of a fire complaint on the 11000 block of Crystal Lake Road, Merrifield. Turned out to be a campfire and there was no problem.

Report at 5:50 p.m. Friday of a suspicious vehicle on the 21000 block of Sunrise Drive, Hillman. The subject worked for a finance company and was gathering information.

Report at 2:55 a.m. Friday of smoke in a crawl space on the 19000 block of Blue Lake Road, Emily. The source was a water heater and there was no fire.

Report at 3:35 a.m. Saturday of a male running in the southbound lane of Highway 371 in his underwear in Nisswa. Deputies were unable to locate.

BURGLARY - Report at 10:23 a.m. Saturday of a shed that was broken into on the 10000 block of County Road 10, Brainerd.

Report at 3:28 p.m. Friday of a burglary to complainant's boat house on the 25000 block of Warbler Lane, Deerwood, and items were taken.

Report at 2:30 p.m. Friday of a prowler on the 5500 block of Banyan Drive, Garrison. Deputies checked area and found nothing.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 1:18 a.m. Monday to check a backyard on the 1400 block of Maple Street. A vehicle was observed leaving at a high rate of speed.

Report at 12:56 a.m. Monday of two individuals in a vehicle after hours on the 1200 block of Evergreen Avenue.

Report at 12:18 a.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle in the downtown area.

Report at 2:52 p.m. Sunday of a vehicle that was tampered with on the 1100 block of Southeast 11th Street.

Report at 12:54 a.m. Saturday of a male walking around the downtown area. Officers made contact and the male was sent on his way.

Report at 12:04 a.m. Saturday of a suspicious vehicle on the 1000 block of Fir Street. Officer met with driver who said the vehicle was out of gas.

Report at 10:45 p.m. Saturday of a male sleeping in his vehicle on the 500 block of Northeast Washington Street. Officer spoke with a male and female who were waiting for a licensed driver.

Report at 10:55 a.m. Saturday of a suspicious unoccupied vehicle parked on southwest corner of the community gardens. Officers checked and it was gone.

Report at 9:33 a.m. Saturday of a vehicle that was tampered with on the 300 block of Hawkins Drive.

Report at 2:05 a.m. Saturday of several people standing outside of the building in the parking lot smoking on the 500 block of D Street.

Report at 2:03 a.m. Saturday of a strange vehicle on the 800 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast. Officers were unable to make contact with the resident, but did not observe any forced entry.

Report at 1:26 a.m. Saturday of hearing someone in her residence on the 700 block of North Ninth Street. Officers checked the residence but did not locate anyone.

Report at 1:51 p.m. Friday of a male in his early teens, red T-shirt, glasses on a skateboard looking through a wallet suspiciously outside a business on the 600 block of Kingwood Street. Officers checked the area, but did not locate subject or any signs of any offense.

Report at 10:16 a.m. Friday of a barefoot female possibly intoxicated in a blue dress around the car wash on the 800 block of Mill Avenue Northeast.

ARRESTS - A 45-year-old man was arrested at 10:31 p.m. Sunday for trespassing on the 500 block of South Sixth Street.

A 27-year-old man was arrested at 3:56 p.m. Saturday for shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia and a felony warrant on the 700 block of Industrial Park Road Southwest.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Saturday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and driving after suspension following a report of an intoxicated person passed out in a vehicle on the 500 block of Northeast Washington Street.

DISTURBANCE - Report at 9:40 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance at Port Group Home for Boys, 1406 Laurel St.

Report at 6:28 p.m. Monday of a verbal domestic on the 500 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast. Officers arrived and found male left and female said it was verbal only.

Report at 4:42 p.m. Sunday of a verbal domestic on Pine Street. Officers spoke with both parties who stated it was verbal only and would not continue.

Report at 2:01 a.m. Sunday of two intoxicated parties having a verbal disturbance on the 600 block of James Street. Officers made contact and they agreed to separate for night.

Report at 11:12 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on the 800 block of 28th Street Southeast. Officers made contact with both parties who said it was a verbal argument. A male party was advised to leave property by landlord.

Report at 10:57 p.m. Friday of a subject who was out of control on the 2800 block of Addison Avenue. Subject was gone when officers arrived.

Report at 3:53 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on the 1100 block of Quince Street.

ASSAULT - Report at 6:21 p.m. Monday of an assault at Port Group Home for Girls, 115 N. First Street.

DOMESTIC - Report at 12:24 p.m. Sunday of a domestic assault on the 600 block of James Street.

Report at 8:28 p.m. Saturday of a male and female arguing on the 400 block of Northeast Washington Street. Officers made contact and parties agreed to quiet down until their ride arrived.

Report at 1:49 a.m. Friday of a verbal domestic on the 900 block of South Eighth Street.

THEFT - Report Sunday of a theft of items from a vehicle on the 1100 block of Southeast 11th Street.

Report Sunday of a theft of six lawn solar ornaments from a yard on the 700 block of Walnut Street.

Report Saturday of a theft of a bicycle on the 200 block of South Ninth Street.

Report Saturday of a theft of a cellphone on the 400 block of North Fourth Street.

Report Saturday of a theft of two cellphones on the 400 block of South Sixth Street.

Report Saturday of a theft of a toolbox from an unlocked vehicle on the 300 block of Hawkins Drive.

Report Friday of a theft of a cellphone on the 900 block of Oak Street. Complainant called back and said she found the phone under the seat of the vehicle.

INTOXICATED - Report at 9:52 a.m. Sunday of an intoxicated male on Walnut Street and Pine Street. Officers destroyed subject's open beer and told him to go home.

Report at 11:23 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated male in the alleyway on the 200 block of South Eighth Street. Subject was taken to detox.

OTHER - Report at 7:40 p.m. Friday of a male passed out on a lawn near Southeast 11th Street and Willow Street. Male was taken to his sister's residence by a friend.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 10:28 a.m. Monday of a suspicious person.

Report at 2:47 a.m. Monday of subjects in town visiting methadone clinic. An adult female was located in bushes outside of Super 8 Motel, 14341 Edgewood Drive, and an adult male was located in a room sleeping. Subjects had a disagreement but sorted everything out and wanted to go back to sleep.

Report at 12:33 a.m. Monday of a vehicle on Foley Road and Arrowwood Drive that hit brake lights and then backed out. Subject was dropping off cigarettes for someone.

Report at 10:05 p.m. Saturday of an occupied vehicle sitting in the Holiday Stationstore, 7372 Excelsior Road, for the past hour. Officers made contact and subjects were waiting for someone to bring them money to buy gas.

Report at 3:48 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious male approaching young girls at Kohls, 7565 Excelsior Road. Officer was unable to identify the male as the report was called in later.

Police at 1:48 a.m. Saturday observed a subject reclined in driver's seat on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive. Subject advised police he is homeless and was going to sleep in his vehicle.

Report at 11:50 p.m. Friday of a suspicious vehicle on the 14000 block of Oakwood Drive.

Report at 2:57 p.m. Friday of a vehicle that pulled into a driveway on the 12000 block of Kingwood Drive. A male driver got out of a vehicle and was measuring the driveway. Male knocked on the door but sitter would not open the door.

Report at 10:13 p.m. Thursday of a suspicious vehicle in a lot at Whipple Beach on the 14000 block of Oakwood Drive. Subjects were on the beach and were advised of park hours.

Report at 9:40 p.m. Thursday of the lights on at a neighbor's house and they were gone on the 13000 block of Meredith Drive. Officers responded and spoke with subject who was in the house and she had permission to be there.

Report at 7:51 p.m. Thursday of two vehicles parked in the parking lot on the 5600 block of Baxter Lions Road. Officers made contact with subject outside vehicle while female was inside vehicle stating they were talking. Subject said they were talking on their free will.

ARREST - A 33-year-old man was arrested at 3:44 p.m. Saturday for DWI and other charges following a three-vehicle rear-end crash on Highway 371 and Excelsior Road.

THEFT - Report Friday of a theft of a purse from a vehicle on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive.

Report Thursday of a theft of a handgun from a residence on the 6300 block of Atwater Road.
