ARRESTS-A 39-year-old woman was arrested at 7:38 p.m. Friday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 200 block of North Eighth Street.
A 27-year-old man was arrested at 11:49 p.m. Sunday for second-degree driving while intoxicated and expired registration during a traffic stop on South Eighth and Broadway streets.
A 28-year-old man was arrested at 2:59 a.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct following a disturbance on the 700 block of Brian Lane.
SUSPICIOUS-Report at 11:14 p.m. Friday of a suspicious vehicle parked at Kiwanis Park on East River Road after hours. A male was cited for consuming alcohol and being under age 21.
Report at 9:49 p.m. Friday of the caller finding an open door and possibly hearing noises on the 200 block of Gillis Avenue. Officers didn't locate anything suspicious.
Report 1:21 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on the 300 block of North 10th Street. A man was cited for possessing hypodermic needles, drug paraphernalia and trespassing.
DISTURBANCE-Report at 11:43 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance at Big Dogs Bar and Nightclub, 718 Laurel St. Officer learned subject was upset and his friend was trying to calm him down.
Report at 11:26 p.m. Sunday of a verbal disturbance at Holiday StationStore, 424 S. Sixth St.
Report at 7:04 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 1500 block of Quince Street. Officers determined it was verbal only and subject was advised to calm down.
Report at 11:07 a.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 700 block of South Ninth Street of someone not allowing a subject into the residence.
Report at 1:40 a.m. Saturday of a verbal domestic on the 700 block of Brian Lane. An intoxicated subject agreed to leave for the night and was transported to a Brainerd restaurant.
Report at 6:54 p.m. Friday of a verbal disturbance on Fourth Avenue and G Street Northeast. Parties were advised to stay away.
Report at 1:51 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on South Fifth and Maple streets. Parties were yelling and arguing, but nothing physical.
ARRESTS-An 18-year-old man and a juvenile were cited at 4:46 p.m. Sunday following a report of two subjects smoking marijuana in the pavilion at Whipple Beach Park, 14441 Oakwood Drive.
A 42-year-old woman was arrested at 11:04 p.m. Friday for possessing stolen property and drug possession at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road.
TRESPASS-Report at 6:51 p.m. Friday of the neighbor kids entering their yard on the 14000 block of Green Briar Drive and jumping on their trampoline when they are not home. Officers spoke with subjects and advised them to stay off the property unless they were invited.

ARRESTS-A 38-year-old man and an 18-year-old man were arrested at 1:06 p.m. Sunday following an assault between two inmates in the Crow Wing County Jail, 313 W. Laurel St.
A 35-year-old man and a 52-year-old man were arrested at 10:10 p.m. Saturday for fifth-degree possession of methamphetamines during a traffic stop on the 12000 block of County Road 109, Merrifield.
