ARRESTS — A 54-year-old man was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Friday, Aug. 27, for fifth-degree drug possession, third-degree driving while intoxicated and driving after suspension during a traffic stop on South Seventh and Willow streets.

A 48-year-old woman was arrested at 1:10 p.m. Thursday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 100 block of Nikkohl Road.

A 37-year-old woman was arrested at 1:09 a.m. Thursday for first- and second-degree assault, gross misdemeanor assault, obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

A 46-year-old man was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday for second-degree DWI during a traffic stop on South Sixth and Vine streets.

A 61-year-old man was arrested at 5:57 p.m. Aug. 23 for fourth-degree DWI and refusing to submit to a test during a traffic stop on Southeast 13th and Oak streets.

A 23-year-old man was arrested at 12:57 a.m. Aug. 23 for third-degree DWI and for violating the conditions of his release during a traffic stop on F Street and Eighth Avenue Northeast.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 9:54 p.m. Thursday of a domestic disturbance on South Seventh and Laurel streets.

Report at 9:13 p.m. Thursday of a domestic disturbance on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street.

Report at 7:01 a.m. Thursday of a domestic disturbance on the 500 block of North Third Street.

Report at 1:20 a.m. Thursday of a person causing a domestic disturbance at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center, 523 N. Third St. The person agreed to go to her hospital room.

Report at 6:12 p.m. Wednesday of a domestic disturbance on the 400 block of D Street.

Report at 1:32 p.m. Wednesday of a domestic disturbance on Walnut and Oak streets.

Report at 8:53 p.m. Aug. 23 of a verbal argument on the 400 block of B Street.

Report at 12:18 a.m. Aug. 23 of a verbal domestic dispute on the 200 block of South Eighth Street.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 2:47 a.m. Friday of a suspicious person on Third Avenue Northeast on a bicycle with no lights.

Report at 1:44 a.m. Friday of a male riding a bicycle on Highway 210. The male agreed to stay off the highway.

Report at 4:43 a.m. Thursday of suspicious activity on the 2000 block of Spruce Drive.

Report at 9:38 p.m. Wednesday of a suspicious vehicle on the 1200 block of South Sixth Street. Officers conducted a traffic stop and found nothing usual.

Crow Wing sheriff

ARRESTS — A 26-year-old man was arrested at 7:55 a.m. Thursday following a physical assault on the 200 block of Fourth Street, Ironton.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested at 2:31 p.m. Aug. 24 following a domestic disturbance on the 600 block of Front Street, Fort Ripley.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday of a domestic disturbance on the 14000 block of County Road 109, Merrifield.

Report at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday of a domestic disturbance inside a store on the 27000 block of Highway 18, Garrison.

BURGLARY — Report Thursday of a burglary on the 7000 block of Wels Avenue, Brainerd.

THEFT — Report Wednesday of a theft from an unlocked vehicle on Highway 169 and Bobs Road, Garrison.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday of a suspicious vehicle on Matte Road, Fort Ripley.
