DISTURBANCE - Report at 4:40 a.m. Monday of a male and female yelling at each other in the parking lot, 516 W. College Drive. Parties left prior to officers' arrival and could not be located.

Report at 3:59 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 500 block of Third Avenue Northeast. Subject, who was possibly intoxicated, left prior to officer's arrival.

Report at 1:53 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance between roommates on the 1000 block of Oak Street. Officers spoke with subjects, who agreed to stay away from each other.

Officer was approached at 1:31 a.m. Sunday by a subject who said she had been hit by a female in the restroom of Liquor Pigz, 718 Laurel St. Officers cited a woman for disorderly conduct.

Report at 6:11 a.m. Saturday of males arguing on the 200 block of South Eighth Street. Officer spoke with subjects who calmed down and went on their way.

Report at 1:34 a.m. Saturday of a mutual altercation between subjects on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

Report at 5:23 p.m. Friday of a verbal argument downtown on the 200 block of South Seventh Street. Parties agreed to go separate ways.

Report at 2:37 p.m. Friday of a male and female fighting on the 900 block of Southeast 12th Street and the female left in a truck.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 2:54 a.m. Monday of someone ringing the doorbell and beating on a door on the 1300 block of Norwood Street. Officers met with subject who complained of a medical issue.

Report at 1:26 a.m. Sunday of two vehicles parked on the 2100 block of South Sixth Street. Both drivers were sober cabs and one driver was lost.

Report at 11:44 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious vehicle sitting in an unoccupied home on Kingwood Street and Seventh Street.

Report at 10:24 a.m. Saturday of a male who looked confused on Norwood Street and 12th Street. Officer made contact with subject who said he just woke up and was fine.

Report at 9:35 p.m. Friday of a possible intoxicated male in a sports utility vehicle on the 2400 block of Kermit Lane.

Report at 6:35 p.m Friday of a female who attempted to enter a rental property on the 200 block of Kingwood Street. Officers spoke with nearby construction workers who said a female was looking at a home as it was listed for sale.

ARRESTS - A 35-year-old man was arrested at 2:04 p.m. Sunday for first-degree driving while intoxicated, test refusal, fleeing a police officer, two probation violations and other traffic violations following a report of a driving complaint of an orange motorcycle going at a high rate of speed on Washington Street.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at 12:29 p.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct following a report of a male and female fighting while walking on Eighth Street South.

A 22-year-old woman was arrested at 7:54 p.m. Saturday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 1200 block of South Ninth Street.

A 53-year-old man was arrested at 1:56 a.m. Saturday for first-degree DWI during a traffic stop on Northeast Washington Street and 10th Avenue Northeast.

A 40-year-old man was arrested at 9:43 p.m. Friday for a probation violation following a report of an intoxicated male on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

A 54-year-old man was arrested at 6:23 p.m. Friday for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, domestic assault, disorderly conduct and possessing drug paraphernalia following a report of a physical domestic on the 500 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

THEFT - Report Sunday of a theft of a vehicle on the 1000 block of South Sixth Street.

Report Sunday of complainant saying his unlocked vehicle had been tampered with on the 15000 block of Sandhill Circle. Complainant said money and speakers were tampered with and this was the first time he reported the theft to police.

Report Saturday of a theft of tabs on the 700 block of South Eighth Street.

Report Friday of a theft of a cart load of groceries at Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Ave. NE.

Report Friday of a theft of a BMX-style bike on Merri Lane.

INTOXICATED - Report at 4:29 a.m. Sunday of a male yelling and standing in the middle of the 200 block of Washington Street.

Report at 1:36 a.m. Sunday of an intoxicated male who fell off his bike on the 800 block of Washington Street. Officer gave the subject a courtesy ride to the emergency room.

Report at 2:55 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated male who was kicked out the Cash Wise, 522 C St., twice and harassing customers.

Report at 5:42 a.m. Saturday of a male rocking back and forth on a bench on the 600 block of Laurel Street. Officers made contact and found subject to be intoxicated.

Report at 6:05 p.m. Friday of a male who appeared intoxicated, drove into the complainant's driveway, urinated and then drove over her plants on the 7500 block of Wise Road.

Report at 3:45 p.m. Friday of an intoxicated male on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

ASSIST - Assisted the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office at 9 p.m. Saturday in locating a domestic assault suspect at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center. Officers transported him to jail.

FIRE - Report Saturday that complainant said his front passenger seat of his car had started on fire within the past two weeks on the 1100 Oak Street.

CRASH - Report at 3:56 p.m. Sunday of a personal injury crash on the 1400 block of South Eighth Street. Details of the crash were unavailable Monday afternoon.

Baxter police

ARRESTS - A 55-year-old man was arrested at 1:31 a.m. Monday for fourth-degree DWI following a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive.

A 37-year-old woman was arrested at 2:37 p.m. Sunday following a report of a shoplifter at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road. The woman was arrested due to being homeless.

A 35-year-old man was arrested at 12:37 a.m. Sunday for fourth-degree DWI during a traffic stop on the 7800 block of Fairview Road.

A 22-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man were arrested at 1:05 a.m. Saturday for DWI and possession of drugs following a report of a vehicle parked in a handicapped stall on the 7400 block of Excelsior Road.

A 50-year-old woman was arrested at 11:09 p.m. Friday for fourth-degree DWI on College Road and Industrial Park Road.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 12:30 a.m. Monday of suspicious activity at the Fawn Terrace Apartments, 7970 Greenwood Road.

Report at 3:55 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious person on the 8100 block of Excelsior Road. Subject was gone prior to officer's arrival and she wasn't located.

Report at 12:43 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious male walking in the area of the 7900 block of Greenwood Road. Officer was unable to locate male.

Report at 4:04 p.m. Saturday of an adult female following people to their vehicles at Wal-Mart. Officers spoke with female who was intoxicated and she left in the care of another party.

Report at 2:51 p.m. Saturday of a subject bending over picking rocks with "shorty shorts" on Greenwood Road and Aspen Drive. Officer spoke with subject about clothing.

Report at 9:52 a.m. Saturday of suspicious activity of a smell of marijuana in the hallway at Rodeway Inn, 7836 Fairview Road. Officers arrived and were unable to locate which room the smell was coming from.

Report at 12:43 a.m. Saturday of subjects at Whipple Beach park, 14441 Oakwood Drive, after hours.

Breezy Point police

ASSIST - Assisted three lost women at 11:50 a.m. Sunday who had been walking on the minimum maintenance road near Crow Wing County Road 11 and North Drive. The group was given direction to Deacon's Lodge.

ARRESTS - A 64-year-old man was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Sunday for DWI on County Road 11 and Cree Bay Circle.

A 22-year-old man was arrested at 10:24 p.m. Friday for fourth-degree DWI and no brake light during a traffic stop on County Road 117 and Sixth Street, Brainerd.

GAS LEAK - Report at 1:43 p.m. Saturday of a possible gas leak on County Road 4 and Thrane Drive. The smell was sewage.

ASSIST - Assisted Crosslake police at 10:54 p.m. July 27 with a disturbance involving an intoxicated male on the 14000 block of Daggett Pine Road. Subject left prior to officers' arrival. Subject later returned and was taken to detox.

Assisted Pequot Lakes police at 7:59 p.m. July 27 with a physical domestic on the 4600 block of Tree Farm Road, Pequot Lakes.

Nisswa police

ASSIST - Assisted Lake Shore police at 1:16 a.m. Sunday in looking for a male who had fled on foot from Zorbaz, 8105 Lost Lake Road, Lake Shore, and jumped into the channel.

Report at 6:03 p.m. July 28 that the complainant and her 15-year-old son had gotten into an argument while driving and he got out of the car on Mission Road and Highway 361 and went into the woods when she stopped. Upon arrival, the son had returned to the residence from the neighborhood.

INTOXICATED - Report at 8:07 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated female at Dairy Queen, 25312 Smiley Road. Officers gave her a ride to where she was staying.

DISTURBANCE - Report at 12:05 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 4600 block of Forest Hills Circle. Officers made contact with female who advised them that a male had seen a stray dog in the yard and was pooping and he was going to shoot it. The female said she chased him outside to stop him. The male was advised that shooting the dog was not the best course of action.

Mission Fire

FIRE - A structure fire was reported at 4:39 p.m. Friday on the 30000 block of Crow Wing County Road 3 in Mission Township.
