LOUD MUSIC - Loud music heard from across the road on the 26000 block of Lower Cullen Road was reported at 10:24 p.m. Friday. An officer arrived and could hear the music. He spoke with a male who agreed to turn the music off after "one more song."
THEFT - A theft was reported on the 25000 block of Smiley Road.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - At 6:56 p.m. Tuesday on the 11000 block of River Vista Drive, police received a report of an ongoing issue of someone turning on the hose outside causing the basement to flood and causing water damage. Waiting on information from reporting party on damage estimate, no suspects at this time.
Crow Wing sheriff
THEFT - Tuesday, a theft was reported near the intersection of South Ninth and Maple streets in Brainerd.
MISSING PERSON - At 11:54 a.m. Tuesday, a missing person was reported on the 10300 block of Boulder Court in Brainerd.
ARRESTS - A 61-year-old man was arrested at 8:31 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street for violation of a harassment restraining order. Officers were responding to a report of a harassment restraining order violation.
A 26-year-old woman was arrested 6:35 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of South Eighth Street for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. Officers were responding to a report of trespassing.
A 21-year-old woman was arrested at 12:17 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of highways 18 and 25 for felony fifth-degree possession of hypodermic needles.
A 37-year-old woman was arrested at 9:53 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Southeast 15th and Quince streets for second-degree driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation and an outstanding warrant. In the same traffic stop, a 20-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding warrant and a 27-year-old man was arrested for a probation violation and open container.
SUSPICIOUS - At 6:47 p.m. Monday on the 1700 block of South Seventh Street, officers responded to a report of kids on skateboards on the new baseball field. Officer located the juveniles who stated they were not on the baseball field. Officer checked gates to the field which were all locked. Juveniles agreed to leave the area.
INFORMATION - At 9:37 a.m. Monday on the 900 block of Third Avenue Northeast, officer received a report of neighbors shooting arrows.
PUBLIC ASSIST - At 1:20 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Washington and Kingwood streets, a man flagged an officer down and stated he needed a ride to Crosby. Officer advised subject to call a family member to come pick him up.
Breezy Point police
ARRESTS - A traffic stop on Highway 371 and South Road at 5 p.m. Aug. 20 resulted in the arrest of a 46-year-old man. The man was arrested for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety and operating a vehicle without special series plates. The vehicle was towed, plates were removed and destroyed.
An intoxicated person who was escorted out of the bar several times was arrested at 1:06 a.m. Saturday on the 9200 block of Breezy Point Drive. The 26-year-old man was highly intoxicated and kept returning to the business. The man was cited and arrested for trespassing.
A traffic stop on County Road 11 and Whitebirch Drive at 12:33 a.m. Sunday resulted in the arrest of a 32-year-old man. Police stopped the vehicle for careless and aggressive driving. The driver was subsequently arrested for felony first-degree driving while impaired.
ASSAULT - Report at 3:18 p.m. Sunday of an assault at a residence on the 30000 block of North Lakeview Drive. The homeowner was cited for fifth-degree assault and advised to have no contact with the complainant. The complainant was advised not to return to the residence.
ASSIST - Police assisted the sheriff's office with a disturbance on the 9600 block of Ossawinnamakee Road at 12:49 a.m. Aug. 20. An officer assisted with evaluating and arranging transport of a 17-year-old male who had been assaulted.
DISTURBANCE - Report at 12:40 a.m. Saturday of a disturbance involving several patrons at a bar on the 9200 block of Breezy Point Drive. The altercation was broken up and two males were detained. Officers investigated and eventually released the two males.
DOMESTIC - Report at 4:19 p.m. Friday of a physical domestic on the 31000 block of Rainier Drive. Police could not identify a clear, primary aggressor.
KEYED - A report at 2:38 p.m. Sunday of a vehicle keyed on the 8000 block of Whitebirch Drive. Damage was observed on the driver's side front fenders and doors. The owner suspected a female from a nearby unit whom he had a problem with the previous night.
INTOXICATED - A report at 9:07 p.m., Aug. 17, of an extremely intoxicated male on the 9200 block of Breezy Point Drive. The subject was unable to care for himself. A "weak sample" showed .233 blood alcohol concentration. The subject was transported to detox.
MISSING PERSON - A 3-year-old girl was reported missing at 6:15 p.m. Sunday on the 8000 block of Whitebirch Drive. Officers from the Nisswa Police Department and the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office joined in the search after hearing of the possibility of the child walking away with an adult man. Nisswa police provided security and searched the perimeter while other officers searched for the child. The girl was located alone nearby and returned to her parents.
PUBLIC ASSIST - A couple boating on Pelican Lake received assistance from police at 10:16 p.m., Aug. 20. The boat broke down and they were unable to get back to their cabin on the east side of the lake. The officer drove the female to the cabin on Pelican Lake Road and she returned to pick up her spouse and their dogs.
SMOKE - Report at 8:01 p.m. Aug. 17 of a homeowner seeing smoke in the basement of a residence on the 30000 block of Terminal Road. The source of the smoke was located as a malfunctioning dehumidifier by the Pequot Lakes Fire Department. The damage was limited to the appliance.

ARREST - A 34-year-old man was arrested at 8:42 p.m. Sunday on the 700 block of Grand Avenue in Onamia for felony terroristic threats-reckless disregard of risk and misdemeanor obstruction of legal process-lawful execution of the legal process.
HARASSMENT - Report at 5:25 p.m. Friday on the 3200 block Sam Drive in Isle of a woman saying her children's father is driving back and forth in front of her house on an ATV.
ANIMAL - Report at 10:54 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19 on the 44000 block of Alma Razor Road in Hinckley of four or five dogs on the property acting aggressively toward the complainant.
SUSPICIOUS - Report at 10:22 a.m. Monday, Aug. 17 at Grand Casino Mille Lacs of two males exchanging $1,279 in Susan B. Anthony coins. No further action was taken after speaking with security.
