ARRESTS — A 34-year-old woman was arrested at 11:57 a.m. Sunday for a warrant on the 12000 block of Three Mile Road in Brainerd. As of Tuesday afternoon, the woman was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 27-year-old man was arrested at 3:59 p.m. Saturday for driving while intoxicated on the 27000 block of Bass Lake Road in Merrifield.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Saturday for DWI, domestic assault and possession on the 17000 block of Highway 18 in Brainerd. As of Tuesday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 51-year-old man was arrested at 3:25 p.m. Friday for a warrant on the 10000 block of Legionville Road in Brainerd. As of Tuesday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

ASSAULT — Report of an assault 9:15 p.m. Friday on County Highway 45 and 100th Street in Brainerd.

THEFTS — Report of a theft Sunday at Miltimore Motor Co., 16604 Highway 371.

Report of a theft Friday on the 10000 block of Legionville Road in Brainerd.

Duluth woman shot, killed in Brooklyn Center

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office on Sunday identified a woman shot and killed earlier this month. The woman died Nov. 14 at Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis.

A family of five was shot to death in their rural Sunburg home in 1970. The confessed murderer, Neil M. Pladson, was sentenced to 25 years in prison. In 1987, Pladson was released to a halfway house. A year later, he was found strangled to death in his apartment.
