THEFT—Report Thursday of theft of baby Jesus from Christmas Nativity decorations on complainant's front lawn on the 9700 block of Wise Road in Brainerd.

 

Baxter police

SUSPICIOUS—At 7:56 p.m. Thursday on the 14000 block of Green Briar Drive, a complainant reported she believed her dog was released from its kennel by someone while she was gone. She called back and said she located her dog and there was no need for police response.

At 5:59 p.m. Thursday on the 7200 block of Foley Road, police received an anonymous report of a male sleeping in a vehicle. Officer located the subject who was in the parking lot working on his vehicle.

DISTURBANCE—At 11:22 a.m. Thursday at Forestview Middle School, officers received a report of a student causing a disturbance in class and was removed to the lobby. Officers arrived, the subject calmed down and the mother was notified. Subject will be cited for disorderly conduct.

 

Brainerd police

ARREST—Report at 12:07 a.m. Thursday of the arrest of a 20-year-old man on the 1200 block of Campus Drive. The man was arrested for obstructing the legal process, disorderly conduct, liquor consumption under 21 years old and a noise ordinance violation.

DISTURBANCES—Report at 10:05 p.m. Thursday of a neighbor complaining that someone was banging on the door of a vehicle outside on the 800 block of Southeast 19th Street. The subject told officers he was trying to fix the door and was advised to find a different time to do so.

Report at 7:02 p.m. Thursday of a male and female fighting in the street on the 2500 block of Oak Street. Both were issued citations for disorderly conduct and noise violations and the male left the residence for the night.

Report at 7:36 a.m. Thursday of a male subject breaking items within a residence on Division Street. Officers transported the subject to the emergency room for an evaluation.

THEFTS—Report Thursday of bicycles stolen from The Shop, 723 Washington St.

Report Thursday of items taken from an unlocked vehicle sometime overnight on the 900 block of Oak Street.

DOMESTIC—Report at 12:34 p.m. Thursday of a possible domestic situation on B Street. Officers spoke with the parties who stated it was a verbal argument. They agreed to calm down.

 

Nisswa police

ARREST—A 34-year-old man was arrested at 9:13 p.m., Dec. 4, during a traffic stop on Highway 371 and County Road 7 for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety and having marijuana inside the vehicle.

BURGLARY—Report Nov. 30 of a neighbor's house on the 26000 block of Edna Lake Road that may have been broken into. The TV was gone.

Wadena police

ARRESTS - A 24-year-old man was arrested Dec. 2 for three warrants.

A 25-year-old man was arrested Dec. 2 for third-degree DWI, first-degree property damage following a multiple vehicle crash near the 300th block of Colfax Avenue Southwest.
