SUSPICIOUS - A report at 2:57 p.m. Thursday of an arm and a leg hanging out of a vehicle on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast. The items were from a mannequin.
A report at 8:56 p.m. Thursday of suspicious activity on Kiwanis Park Bridge. Officer made contact and a male was transported to detox in St. Cloud.
CIVIL - A report at 6:25 p.m. Thursday of a roommate not being polite on the 400 block of College Drive. Officers responded and they agreed to be civil.
A report at 5:42 p.m. Thursday of complainant's ex-friend stole clothes from her a week ago and will not return them on Norwood Street.

ARRESTS - A 21-year-old woman was arrested at 1:05 a.m. Friday on Laurel Street and South Eighth Street for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
An 18-year-old man was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on the 600 block of Third Avenue Northeast for domestic assault and disorderly conduct.
A 29-year-old woman was arrested at 9:23 a.m. Thursday for disorderly conduct following a report of a fight on the 700 block of Laurel Street.
DISTURBANCE - A report at 12:01 a.m. Friday of a domestic on the 2800 block of Clara Street. Officer determined it was verbal and parties agreed to separate for the night.
A report at 5:02 p.m. Thursday of an intoxicated male destroying an apartment on the 400 block of North Fourth Street. Subject admitted to a minor disturbance and had agreed to calm down.
INTOXICATED - A report at 10:49 p.m. Thursday of two highly intoxicated subjects on Laurel Street and South Eighth Street. Subjects made contact for a sober ride.
THEFT - A report Thursday of a theft of cash on the 700 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast.
