ARRESTS — A 39-year-old man was arrested on a felony probation violation warrant following an intoxicated person call at 4:52 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24, on the 11000 block of State Avenue. The man remained in custody Monday afternoon in the Crow Wing County Jail.
A 27-year-old man, a 43-year-old woman and a 30-year-old woman were arrested following a traffic stop at 4:04 a.m. Friday at Highway 18 and Three Mile Road for multiple felony drug charges. The 43-year-old woman remained in custody Monday afternoon in the Crow Wing County Jail, held on pending felony charges of third-degree sale and fifth-degree possession of narcotics.
A 21-year-old man was arrested at 4:53 p.m. Thursday for theft of a motor vehicle. As of Monday afternoon, the man remained in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail. Charges were expected against a second person on the same charge.

A 42-year-old man was arrested at 3:32 p.m. Thursday on the 800 block of South Sixth Street for a misdemeanor warrant.
A 59-year-old man was arrested at 2:36 p.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of 12th Avenue Northeast for a misdemeanor Crow Wing County warrant for contempt of court. As of Monday afternoon, the man remained in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.
A 26-year-old man was arrested at 2:02 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of F Street for a felony Hubbard County warrant.
DISTURBANCES — Report of a disturbance at 5:40 a.m. Sunday on the 800 block of South Sixth Street.
Report of a disturbance at 6:42 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of West Laurel Street.
Report of a disturbance at 5:52 p.m. Saturday at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center, 523 N. Third St.
Report of a disturbance at 3:31 p.m. Saturday on the 500 block of South Ninth Street.
Report of a disturbance at 11:17 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of Hawkins Drive.
DOMESTIC DISTURBANCES — Report at 7:08 p.m. Saturday of a verbal domestic disturbance on the 500 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast. Officers separated parties.
THEFTS — Report Sunday of a theft on the 700 block of First Avenue Northeast.
ANIMAL BITE — Report of an animal bite at 5:57 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of H Street.
SUSPICIOUS — Report of suspicious activity at 5:31 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street.
Report of a suspicious vehicle at 12:03 a.m. Sunday parked at the end of a road intersecting with Thiesse Road.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Report of damage to property Saturday on the 900 block of Oak Street.
FIRE — Assisted the Brainerd Fire Department at 12:56 p.m. Saturday with a possible chimney fire on the 100 block of Belle Rae Circle.

THREATS — Report Friday of threats to the caller’s daughter involving Forestview Middle School. The report was forwarded to the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office since the caller did not live in Baxter nor were they in Baxter when the threats were received.
DISTURBANCE — Report of a disturbance at 7:17 p.m. Sunday at a business on the 15000 block of Edgewood Drive. The caller reported a customer pounding on the door and yelling after the business was closed.
SUSPICIOUS — Report of suspicious activity at 9:07 p.m. Saturday on the 14000 block of Par Drive. The caller reported hearing someone outside and seeing tracks in the snow. An officer checked the area and found snow removal crews on foot blowing snow and confirmed the tracks were theirs.
Report Thursday of someone sleeping in a vehicle in the east lot at Mills Ford, 14858 Dellwood Drive. Officers found nothing criminal and an employee was advised to stop following the vehicle around town.
HIT AND RUN — Assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with a hit and run incident at 9:28 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Highway 371 and Excelsior Road.
