ARREST — A 45-year-old woman was arrested at 11:58 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a crash after a report of a hit and run on Isle Drive at the entrance to Walmart, 7295 Glory Road.
SUSPICIOUS \u0009— Report at 10:17 p.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle parked on the north side of Essentia Health Sports Center, 502 Jackson St., Brainerd, after business hours. Occupants were young adults and trying to decide on plans for the evening.

ARREST — A 36-year-old man was arrested at 12:04 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and petty misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on the 400 block of 10th Avenue Northeast.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday of a suspicious vehicle on the 3000 block of Oak Street. Officer contacted the registered owner, who ran out of gas and said the vehicle would be moved soon.

A 67-year-old man was arrested at 7:45 p.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated after a report of a vehicle that went off the road and struck a tree on the 7000 block of Highway 169, Garrison.
SUSPICIOUS — Report at 3:59 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious vehicle on the 23000 block of State Highway 18, Deerwood. The driver was transported to the emergency room by ambulance, and long-form charges for fourth-degree DWI are pending.
DISTURBANCE — Report at 8:40 a.m. Saturday of an argument over child custody rights on the 12000 block of County Highway 11, Pequot Lakes. The parties separated.
BURGLARY — Report at 9:06 a.m. Friday of a burglary on the 17000 block of County Highway 1, Fifty Lakes.

DISTURBANCE — Report at 12:59 p.m. Dec. 21 of a husband and wife arguing, causing a disturbance on the 23000 block of Alluring Pines Drive. Both parties said they argued about finances, and the husband said he was frustrated with his wife’s mental health issues and spending. The wife was upset that her husband got frustrated. Both parties denied any physical violence. The wife said she is doing well mentally and taking prescribed medications. They both agreed to stay away from each other until they calmed down.
