NOISE - Officers responded to a loud noise complaint Christmas Eve from a residence on Fifth Street Northeast. Officers made contact with the homeowner who explained their child has just received a drum set for Christmas.
CRASH - About 2:30 a.m., Christmas Day, officers observed several four-wheelers driving fast across Serpent Lake. Officers responded to County Road 28 and Lakeshore Drive, where they were approached by a citizen and informed one of the four-wheelers may have fallen through the ice on the south side of the lake. Officers were also advised that one person may be injured. Crow Wing County Dispatch advised of the situation and officers started searching for the four-wheeler and driver. The driver had taken off on foot and was unable to be located. Officers learned the identity of the driver and charges are expected for leaving the scene of an accident among others.
FIGHT - Officers responded to a call Monday of a fight at a business in Cuyuna and assisted Crow Wing County Sheriff's deputies. One person was arrested and transported to the Crow Wing County Jail.
Responded to a fight at 12:30 a.m. Friday at a business on Oak Street and issued a citation to one person for underage consumption.

A fight was reported at 2:15 a.m. Dec. 27 in the alley of a business on West Main Street.
THEFT - Received a report Monday of a gas drive-off on Third Avenue Southwest and another Wednesday on West Main Street.
On Dec. 26 by First Avenue Southwest, an officer noticed a male coming out of an alley carrying an object in his arms. The male put the object down and ran. The object was from a burglary of a nearby garage and was returned to the owner. The suspect was located the following day.
SUSPICIOUS - Officers responded to an Oak Street business after getting a call Christmas Day about a suspicious person who was hanging around. Officers subsequently transported the adult male to a relative's home in Trommald for the night.
TRAFFIC STOP - A citation was issued Saturday to a 19-year-old driver from St. Cloud for possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cited a 42-year-old female from Crosby Saturday on Third Street and Second Avenue Southwest for driving after revocation.
Cited a 39-year-old male from Crosby Saturday on Cross Avenue and Third Street Northeast for driving after cancellation.

ASSIST - Officers assisted Brainerd Police Department at 2:43 a.m. Tuesday at Quince and Sixth streets with a personal injury crash where the driver fled. Officers stood by on the perimeter and for scene safety.
CRASH - A driver Monday reported falling asleep and running into mailboxes on the 13300 block of Memorywood Drive.

THEFT - Received a report Monday of a vehicle theft from the 2000 block of Sleepy Hollow Road, Fort Ripley, as a family member took a vehicle without permission.
