PROWLER - A report at 5:10 p.m. Saturday of a child seeing an unknown male attempting to make entry into a detached garage on the 600 block of South 10th Street. Officers found subject hiding under a tree next to the residence. The man was arrested for a Mille Lacs County warrant.

ARRESTS - A 31-year-old man was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Sunday for misdemeanor fifth-degree domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a male and female arguing in an upstairs apartment on the 800 block of South Eighth Street.

A 65-year-old man was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct following a report of a male causing problems in the emergency room at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 Third St. N.

A 29-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man were arrested at 12:39 p.m. Sunday following a report of an assault on the 700 block of South Eighth Street. The man was arrested for fifth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and they both were arrested for obstructing the legal process.

A 52-year-old man was arrested at 2:26 p.m. Saturday for felony domestic assault-prior conviction, felony domestic assault by strangulation and disorderly conduct on the 1200 block of Maple Street following a report of a male who was intoxicated and an assault.

A 28-year-old woman was arrested at 1:19 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) during a traffic stop on D Street and Fourth Avenue Northeast.

A 23-year-old man was arrested at 1:13 a.m. Saturday for second-degree DWI during a traffic stop on the 800 block of Washington Street.

A 20-year-old man was arrested at 9:47 p.m. Friday during a traffic stop on South Sixth Street for felony receiving stolen property, fifth-degree drug possession and gross misdemeanor child endangerment.

A 39-year-old woman was arrested at 4:20 p.m. Friday for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of legend drugs and disorderly conduct following a report of a female out of control at the Brainerd hospital.

A 30-year-old man was arrested at 1:47 p.m. Friday during a traffic stop on the 1100 block of Quince Street for fourth-degree DWI, third-degree test refusal and no Minnesota driver's license.

A 51-year-old man was arrested at 11:28 a.m. Friday for an order of protection violation warrant following a report of a suspicious person at Triangle Store, 901 Oak St. Officers were unable to locate the suspicious person.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 7:17 p.m. Sunday of hearing noises from a garage on the 900 block of Blair Circle. Officer searched the garage and located a piece of wood that had fallen over in the garage.

A report at 1:07 p.m. Saturday of a male and female walking around to homes asking for money and rides on the 400 block of Southeast 13th Street. Officers located female and advised her about soliciting for money.

WELFARE CHECK - A report at 5:52 p.m. Sunday of a subject sitting in their vehicle for the last hour on G Street and Third Avenue Northeast. Officer made contact with subject who fell asleep listening to the radio.

THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft of keys and a ring and the person would not give them back to her on the 900 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast. Officers advised complainant that it was a civil matter.

A report Sunday of a theft of a vehicle on Washington Street Northeast.

A report Saturday of a theft of a vehicle on the 700 block of Laurel Street. Complainant called back a short time later and he found his vehicle.

A report Friday of a theft of several items taken from a residence on the 1300 block of South Seventh Street.

A report Friday of a theft of several items taken from a residence on the 200 block of Southwest Fifth Street.

A report Friday of a theft of a bike on the 700 block of Front Street.

DOMESTIC - A report at 3:31 a.m. Sunday of a verbal dispute on the 700 block of North Fourth Street. Prior to officer's arrival parties left in a vehicle.

INTOXICATED - A report at 1:08 a.m. Sunday that a subject was asked to leave Shep's on Sixth, 315 S. Sixth St., several times, but refused.

A report at 10:10 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated male requesting assistance in getting a taxi ride home on Laurel and Seventh streets. Officer contacted Brainerd Taxi.

Assisted hospital staff at 9:32 p.m. Saturday with an uncooperative subject in the emergency room who was awaiting transport to detox.

BURGLARY - A report Sunday of complainant's door on the 700 block of 12th Avenue Northeast was kicked in.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 1:53 a.m. Saturday of a verbal dispute on the 100 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast. Officers made contact and parties agreed to calm down for the night.

A report at 9:07 p.m. Friday of a verbal dispute on the 1100 block of Mill Avenue. One subject agreed to leave for the night.

BURGLARY - A report Friday of a burglary on Hart Road. Complainant also reported a stolen dog.

Baxter police

CRASH - A report at 7:39 p.m. Sunday of a one-vehicle crash on the 15000 block of Dellwood Drive. The driver had possible injuries but refused medical attention. Crow Wing Power was notified as an electrical box was damaged.

ARREST - A 25-year-old woman was arrested at 10:17 a.m. Sunday on a Crow Wing County warrant following a report of suspicious activity from a room at the Super 8 Motel, 14341 Edgewood Drive.

TRAFFIC - A report at 10:07 a.m. Saturday of a male driving fast and making a hand gesture resembling a gun on highways 371 and 210. Officers were unable to locate.

THEFT - A report Friday of a possible theft on the 12000 block of Evergreen Drive.

Crow Wing sheriff

DISTURBANCE - A report at 7:38 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 21000 block of Green Acres Court, Merrifield.

A report at 6:42 p.m. Sunday of an argument causing a disturbance on the 9000 block of Crow Wing County Road 13, Nisswa.

A report at 11:03 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on Highway 6 and Dewing Road, Crosby.

DOMESTIC - A report at 7:25 p.m. Sunday of a verbal domestic on the 4300 block of Green Gables Road, Brainerd.

A report at 5:43 p.m. Saturday of a verbal domestic on the 9000 block of Leisure Lane, Brainerd.

THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft of Christmas lights on the 21000 block of County Road 3, Merrifield.

BURGLARY - A report Saturday of a burglary on the 26000 block of Linden Street, Garrison.

BOMB - Bomb squad was requested Friday for old dynamite on 29th Avenue, Pequot Lakes.

Breezy Point police

MEDICAL - A report at 4:06 p.m. Saturday of a snow tubing crash, where victim possibly suffered facial and spinal injury at Primetime, 8548 Ski Chalet Dr.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 4:42 p.m. Friday of a vehicle parked on the shoulder of Scenic Overlook and Ranchette Drive for an extended period. Driver was working for the Census.

FIRE - A report at 6:34 a.m. Wednesday of a strong gas smell at Commander Restaurant and Bar, 30279 Airport Road. Pequot Lakes fire and Xcel on scene checked kitchen and no significant gas leak found.

A report at 8:23 a.m. Dec. 2 of an electrical fire in the walls of a residence on the 8300 block of Sun Valley Drive. Circuit breaker had tripped and firefighters ventilated the residence.

Staples police

ASSAULT - A report at 5:38 a.m. Sunday of an assault on the 900 block of Park Avenue.

A report Wednesday of a possible assault with a BB gun on the 200 block of Sixth Street Northeast.

ARRESTS - Assisted Todd County Sheriff's Office with a fight at a residence on 490th Street. A 21-year-old man and a 22-year-old man were located and arrested for their actions in the incident.

Five people were arrested in separate incidents Friday involving the city attorney receiving worthless checks.

TRAFFIC - A report at 7:16 p.m. Friday of cows on the 300 block of Highway 10. A trailer hauling cattle had opened up while going down the road and the cattle had fallen out of the trailer. Officers assisted in keeping the cattle off the road near the depot until they could be loaded back into the trailer. Another cow was located near Aldrich that had also fallen out of the trailer.

THEFT - A report Friday of a theft of several coins taken from a house on the 200 block of Dakota Avenue Southeast. The money was later returned.

A report Thursday of a stolen vehicle on the 800 block of Highway 10. The issue was a civil matter and complainant was advised to contact the Todd County small claims court.

A report Thursday of $76 worth of towels were taken from an apartment complex on the 500 block of Highway 10 East.

Pequot Lakes police

GAS LEAK - A report at 11:11 a.m. Sunday of where 5 gallons of gas spilled on Main Street.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 3:22 a.m. Saturday of a person dressed in black smoking a cigarette, attempting to get into a locked shed on the 2500 block of Olson Street. The person ran away when someone was near. Officer was unable to locate.

THEFT - A report Dec. 1 of complainant leaving her wallet in a shopping cart at Cub Foods in Baxter and since then there have been charges made on her debit card and credit card.

Little Falls police

HARASSMENT - A report Saturday of harassment on the 500 block of Second Street Southeast. Complainant explained a subject drove by and videotaped her house in regard to possibly having too many flags/signs in the yard. The subject posted the video on YouTube without her permission. The officer explained to the caller that no law is being broken by the subject videotaping from the street and also is not violating any law by posting it on YouTube. She said that she was able to get the video removed from YouTube but it is still on the subject's blog. The officer suggested that the caller call city hall Monday if she has any questions about her flags/signs.
