Baxter police: A report at 1:35 p.m. Friday of a child at Forestview Middle School who did not feel safe going home after school. Arrangements were made for an alternative place to stay.

KNIFE - A report at 2:30 p.m. Friday of a student who brought a knife to Forestview Middle School, 12149 Knollwood Drive. Police said a teacher was informed a student was in possession of a knife and informed police. The student did not threaten any student or staff. Police said the incident has been forwarded to the county attorney's office.

ARRESTS - A 36-year-old woman and a 26-year-old woman were arrested at 12:43 a.m. Monday during a traffic stop on College Road and Highland Scenic Road. The 36-year-old woman was arrested for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety and no insurance and the passenger was arrested for drug possession and a Mille Lacs County warrant.

A 27-year-old man was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Monday on a warrant following a report of a party being kicked out of a residence and was walking. The man had no where to go and called 911.

A 19-year-old juvenile male was arrested at Sunday for shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia at Mills Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

A 35-year-old man was arrested at 11:09 p.m. Friday for driving after suspension during a traffic stop on Excelsior Road and Broadmoor Drive.

A 42-year-old man was arrested at 2:12 a.m. Friday for possession of controlled substances at Wal-Mart.

FRAUD - A report at 9:20 a.m. Sunday of counterfeit $20 bills at Taco Bill, 14175 Edgewood Drive. Officer collected two fake $20 bills. Happened on Friday night and Saturday afternoon.

INFORMATION - A report at 9:38 p.m. Saturday of underage individuals consuming alcohol in Lakes 12 Theater, 14145 Baxter Drive. Subjects were of age and were not consuming alcohol.

A report at 1:35 p.m. Friday of a child at Forestview Middle School who did not feel safe going home after school. Arrangements were made for an alternative place to stay.

ASSAULT - A report at 4:16 p.m. Friday of a subject assaulting a victim at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road.

Brainerd police

OTHER A report at 7:57 a.m. Friday of a possible intoxicated man at Central Lakes College, 501 W. College Drive, with a holstered gun. Officers located male and determined him to not being under the influence of drugs or alcohol and he had a valid permit to carry.

- A report at 2:07 p.m. Sunday of request for officer to speak to subject about pounding on walls and jumping on floor on the 700 block of 28th Street Southeast. Officer explained to subject how sounds travel and can be disturbing to neighbors. The subject agreed to stop.

A report at 1:16 p.m Saturday of a tent south of the college bridge. Officers located a tent and multiple empty pill bottles with the subjects name on it along with other personal items. It appeared the items had not been touched in a while as snow was on the items. All items were left in place.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 4:05 a.m. Monday of a car alarm going off on the 1000 block of Kingwood Street and complainant thinks she sees people going through vehicles. Officers searched and found no signs of suspicious activity.

A report at 2:34 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious, unknown person knocking on his door on the 1200 block of 11th Avenue Northeast. Subject left and officer were unable to locate person.

DRUG - A report at 3:39 a.m. Monday of an anonymous report of a "drug deal" taking place on Nikkohl Road.

BURGLARY - A report at 3:59 p.m. Sunday of windows broken at the former Brainerd Hotel and Conference Center, 2115 South Sixth St., and a person was sleeping in the rooms. The window was secured and extra patrol was requested.

ASSAULT - A report at 1:21 a.m. Sunday of an intoxicated male subject who reportedly assaulted the complainant after leaving the bar on the 300 block of North Sixth Street. Complainant denied wanting police involvement and no suspect information was available. Subject was transported by North Memorial Ambulance.

A report at 12:14 a.m. Saturday of an assault on the 600 block of Laurel Street.

FIRE - A report at 11:58 p.m. Saturday of an unattended bon fire on the 900 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast. Subject was not home when police arrived and they extinguished the fire.

INTOXICATED - A report at 12:01 a.m. Sunday of an intoxicated subject on the 200 block of South Eighth Street. Police gave subject a courtesy transport home.

A report at 1:38 a.m. Saturday of a male lying in the grass on Laurel Street and East River Road. Male was found to be intoxicated and had no place to go. He was transported to detox in St. Cloud.

ARRESTS - A 29-year-old man was arrested at 3:42 a.m. Saturday on a county warrant when officers were on an unrelated complaint at Cub Foods, 417 EIghth Ave. NE.

A report at 8:32 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated minor by the playground on the 500 block of West College Drive. Officers cited a female for minor consumption.

A 44-year-old man was arrested at 11:58 p.m. Friday for trespassing following a report of a neighbor reporting lights on at a vacant residence on the 1700 block of South Sixth Street.

A 46-year-old man was arrested at 2:11 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct and trespassing following a report of a disturbance on the 600 block of Oak Street.

INDECENT CONDUCT - A woman was cited at 1:23 a.m. Saturday for indecent conduct on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 9:38 p.m. Friday of a neighbor yelling and complainant just heard a window break on the 600 block of Front Street. A male was cited for disorderly conduct, noise ordinance violation and drug paraphernalia.

A report at 11:11 a.m. Friday of female student causing a disturbance at the Lincoln Education Center, 604 S. Sixth St.

THEFT- A report Friday of a theft of a vehicle on the 700 block of College Drive.

A report Friday of a theft of a wallet on the 300 block of Northeast Washington Street.
