THEFT - A report at 10:10 a.m. Monday of a theft of tools from a vehicle on the 11000 block of Forestview Drive.

BURGLARY - A report at 11:27 a.m. Monday of a burglary at Landsburg Landscape Nursery, 16460 Highway 371.

ARREST - A 34-year-old man was arrested Friday after a short foot chase for fifth-degree domestic assault and terroristic threats.

THEFT - A report Feb, 4 of a theft of various items from a business on Third Avenue Northwest.

COLD - At 2 a.m. Sunday, officer observed an individual walking on East Main Street. Due to the cold temperatures, officer made contact with the person and learned they didn’t have enough money for a taxi ride to Brainerd. Officer transported the person a portion of the way to Brainerd where they met the taxi who then transported them the rest of the way home.

Little Falls police

BURGLARY - A report at 8:25 a.m. Monday of an attempted break-in of a garage on the 100 block of Ninth Street Northeast. Someone had attempted to pry up the garage door using some kind of flat tool. There was a 2-inch scrape on the cement and the door was bowed to the outside.

Brainerd police

THEFT - A report at 3:41 p.m. Monday of a theft of a purse from an unlocked vehicle parked on the 400 block of Washington Street.

A report at 1:17 p.m. Monday of a theft on the 1000 block of South Sixth Street.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 1:44 p.m. Monday of a male student causing a disturbance at Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St., and refusing to leave.
