SUSPICIOUS - A report at 1:51 a.m. Wednesday of two males who went to a residence on 12th Avenue Northeast asking for a tablespoon of cinnamon. Officer located males who stated they had made a bet to see who could eat several tablespoons of cinnamon. The males said they went to the residence because the light was on and they wanted some cinnamon.

ARRESTS - A 23-year-old man was arrested at 10:32 a.m. Tuesday on Laurel Street for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

A 35-year-old man was arrested at 8:24 a.m. Tuesday on North Fifth Street and Ivy for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
