ARRESTS-A 25-year-old woman was arrested at 11:32 p.m. Monday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 1100 block of Oak Street.
A 25-year-old woman was arrested at 11:09 p.m. Monday for obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct following a report of a domestic on the 200 block of South Seventh Street.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 1:13 p.m. Monday for third-degree possession of a controlled substance in a school zone, misdemeanor of fleeing from a peace officer on a bike and possession of drug paraphernalia following a report of a suspicious male on a bike on the 600 block of Oak Street.
A 37-year-old man was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Monday for third-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop on South Eighth Street and Maple Street.

A 16-year-old female was arrested at 5:34 p.m. Sunday on two counts of domestic assault and two counts of disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 700 block of 28th Street Southeast.
A 23-year-old man was arrested at 2:25 a.m. Sunday on two counts of domestic assault and two counts of disorderly conduct following a report of a physical disturbance on the 1100 block of South Sixth Street.
A 34-year-old man and a 54-year-old man were arrested at 1:29 a.m. Sunday during a traffic stop on the 1300 block of South Eighth Street. The 34-year-old was arrested for third-degree DWI and fourth-degree DWI test refusal and the 54-year-old was arrested for fifth-degree drug possession.
DOMESTIC-Report at 10:02 p.m. Monday of a physical domestic on the 200 block of South Seventh Street. Officers determined the argument to be verbal and both parties agreed to separate.
Report at 2:40 p.m. Monday of a domestic disturbance on the 900 block of South Eighth Street. Officer met with subjects who said it was a verbal argument only and they agreed to separate for the day.
DISTURBANCE-Report at 5:48 p.m. Monday of a male throwing a temper tantrum. Mother returned home to care for the juvenile.
Report at 3:05 p.m. Monday of a disturbance at a residence on North Sixth Street. Complainant was taken to hospital for an evaluation.
Report at 12:07 a.m. Monday of a disturbance on the 900 block of South Eighth Street. An intoxicated female was escorted to her residence.

Report at 7:19 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 700 block of Laurel Street. Parties agreed to separate.
Report at 11:12 a.m. Sunday of an argument between parties at Risky Business, 326 Washington St. Parties were separated and trespassed from the business.
Report at 10:04 a.m. Sunday of an altercation on the 900 block of Oak Street.
Report at 9:15 p.m. Saturday of a possible fight on the 700 block of Third Avenue Northeast where a subject had multiple warrants. Officers arrived and no fight was going on and the subject with the warrants had left.
Report at 4:57 p.m. Saturday of a physical altercation at PORT Group Home for Girls, 115 North First St. Both parties were separated.
Report at 1:35 p.m. Friday of a male student causing a disturbance with several staff at Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.
THEFT-Report Monday of a theft from a vehicle on the 50 block of G Street.
Report Monday of a theft from a vehicle on the 600 block of League Avenue.

Report Friday of a theft of a radio wire harness from a vehicle on the 1500 block of Norwood Street.
CITATION-A 15-year-old male was cited at 12:35 p.m. Monday for giving a false name to a peace officer and a false date of birth following a report of a juvenile male who ran away from PORT Group Home for Boys, 1406 Laurel St. Officer located the subject and took him back to PORT.
SUSPICIOUS-Report at 6:12 p.m. Saturday of a person trying to get into a trunk of a car and running away when confronted by the vehicle owner on the 400 block of Third Avenue Northeast. Officers were unable to locate subject.
Report at 1:31 p.m. Saturday of a male walking and drinking a beer on 13th Street Northeast and O Street. Police were unable to locate.
Report at 12:22 p.m. Friday of a suspicious vehicle on Holton Avenue and York Court. Officer located subjects and advised.
Baxter police
ARRESTS-A 25-year-old woman was arrested at 5:57 p.m. Sunday following a report of shoplifting and giving a false name at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road.
Three people were arrested at 1:47 a.m. Sunday for third- and fifth-degree possession of controlled substances, possession of hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia and a driver had an uninsured vehicle during a stop on College Road and Highway 371.

A 47-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman were arrested at 8:17 p.m. Saturday during a fraudulent return at Wal-Mart. The man was arrested on two warrants and the woman was cited for shoplifting.
A 50-year-old woman was arrested at 5:02 p.m. Saturday following a theft report at Wal-Mart. She was arrested for drug possession, theft and other charges and was trespassed from the store.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 5:05 a.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct following a disturbance on the 600 block of Washington Street in Brainerd.
A 19-year-old woman and a juvenile female were arrested at 7:35 p.m. Friday for possession of paraphernalia, license plate violation on Inglewood Drive and Pine Beach Road. The juvenile was transported to the Minnesota Detention Center in Bemidji.
SUSPICIOUS-Report at 1:47 a.m. Friday of a vehicle driving around a lot at Dondelinger Chevrolet Cadillac, 6720 Pine Beach Road. Driver stated she just got off work and was looking at vehicles to purchase.
Breezy Point police
ASSIST-Assisted the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office at 12:31 a.m. Monday for a father who was restraining a male for his safety in the middle of the roadway in Merrifield. While en route, the male had calmed down and response wasn't needed.
SUSPICIOUS-Report at 6:40 a.m. Sunday of a truck parked in the boat marina parking lot, 9353 Breezy Point Drive, for a period of time. Officers made contact with driver who was waiting for a subject renting a fish house.

Report at 12:28 p.m. Feb. 9 of tracks located in the snow around a seasonal residence on the 9600 block of Kent Court.
Report at 12:28 p.m. Feb. 9 of activity on the complainant's Internet enabled camera on the 32000 block of Timberland Point that may have been a vendor. There was no forced entry and the building was secure.
INTOXICATED-Report at 10:22 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated female dropped off at Pelican Square, 30211 Crow Wing County Road 4, and was concerned about her safety due to the cold weather. Officers learned the female was dropped off because she became unruly. Police were unable to locate her.
UNUSUAL-Report at 1:31 p.m. Feb. 10 of an unusual altercation with a neighbor.
