ARRESTS - A 22-year-old woman was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Monday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) on College Drive and Sixth Street Southwest.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested at 1:38 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree DWI, alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours and open bottle.

Assisted the Baxter police at 4:46 a.m. Sunday with an uncooperative shoplifter who fled on foot from Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road.

PROWLER - A report at 8:08 p.m. Monday of a possible prowler on the 1300 block of 10th Avenue Northeast. Officers searched the residence and secured it.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 6:51 p.m. Monday to assist staff with an uncooperative male in the emergency room at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center, 523 N. Third St.

A report at 11:32 a.m. Monday of a male student causing a disturbance at the Lincoln Educational Center, 604 S. Sixth St.

A report at 10:59 a.m. Sunday of an assault of two staff members at Boys’ Port, 1406 Laurel St.

A report at 12:33 a.m. Sunday of an intoxicated person who is yelling and swearing on the 600 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast. Officer advised subject to go to bed several times.

A report at 10:05 a.m. Saturday of a verbal dispute occurring in Essentia’s lobby. The man and the woman were cited for disorderly conduct.

THEFT - A report at 5:11 p.m. Monday from a complainant in Brainerd calling about a theft of a cellphone from Forestview Middle School in Baxter.

A report at 10:29 a.m. Monday of a theft from the school kitchen at Brainerd High School (BHS), 702 S. Fifth St.

A report at 6:27 p.m. Sunday of a theft of a cellphone on the 200 block of North Seventh Street.

A report at 11:10 a.m. Friday of a theft from a locker at BHS.

BURGLARY - A report at 4:11 p.m. Sunday of the complainant’s shed on the 200 block of Southwest Eighth Street was broken into.

Crow Wing sheriff

ARRESTS – A 41-year-old man was arrested at 5:44 a.m. Sunday for felony criminal sexual conduct in Nisswa.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - A report at 2:33 p.m. Monday of a neighbor damaging a power box with their plow truck in Brainerd.

A report at 9:34 a.m. Monday of a logging truck that tipped on its side in Emily.

THEFT - A report at 8:40 a.m. Monday of a theft on the 34000 block of Gasink Road in Pequot Lakes.

A report at 11:11 p.m. Sunday of a theft on the 21000 block of Crow Wing County Road 3 in Merrifield.

A report at 1:10 p.m. Sunday of a theft of iron gates and paddle locks on the 19000 block of River Road in Crosby.

MEDICAL - A report at 6:37 a.m. Monday of an inmate possibly having a heart attack in the Crow Wing County Jail, 313 Laurel St. The call resulted in a 74-year-old man arrested and booked for a parole violation of larceny.

FIRE - A report at 5:41 p.m. Sunday of a fire on the 9200 block of Cimino Bay Drive, Pequot Lakes.

BURGLARY - A report at 4:26 p.m. Sunday of a seasonal cabin on the 19000 block of Bridge Road in Deerwood was broken into.

Nisswa police

FIRE - A report at 10:49 p.m. Sunday of a fire on the 4300 block of Mission Road. Everyone was out and the fire department responded to the scene.

Breezy Point police

ASSIST - A report at 7:28 a.m. Friday assisting Crow Wing County with an individual being held against their will on Crystal Lake Road in Merrifield. Subject was reported to be inside a vehicle. Report later changed to a subject who would not get out of vehicle.

ASSAULT - A report at 9:57 p.m. Saturday of a possible assault and an intoxicated female.

Crosby police

FIRE - A report at 2 a.m. Sunday of a fire alarm on Heartwood Drive. Assisted Crosby Fire and learned it was possibly a system malfunction.

ARREST - An 18-year-old man was arrested Feb. 12 for third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

OTHER - A report Feb. 12 of a female inside a vehicle on First Street Southeast who, on a daily basis, smokes and throws cigarette butts on the ground in front of a residence there. Officers are attempting to make contact with the registered owner of the vehicle.

Little Falls police

FIRE - A report at 11:46 a.m. Saturday of a fire on the 500 block of 11th Street Northeast. Units ensured everyone was out of the house and Little Falls Fire responded.
