Cass sheriff

ASSIST - A report Monday night of two snowmobilers stuck on the slush on Lake Ada. Deputies assisted them by giving them a ride to shore to the cabin they were staying in.

Brainerd police

ARREST - A 24-year-old man was arrested at 6:44 p.m. Tuesday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) and second-degree test refusal after a report of a vehicle stuck on the side of the road on Fir Street and North Eighth Street.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 10:27 a.m. Tuesday of a female student causing a disturbance and refusing the leave the Lincoln Education Center, 604 S. Sixth St.

A report at 1:50 a.m. Tuesday of a disturbance inside an apartment complex on the 500 block of College Drive.

Crow Wing sheriff

BURGLARY - A report at 9:44 a.m. Tuesday of a break-in at a cabin on the 21000 block of Mill Road in Emily.
