ARREST - A juvenile was arrested at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Oak Street after a report of a fight. The juvenile was arrested for fifth-degree assault, fleeing a peace officer, obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct.

THEFT - A report at 6:24 p.m. Wednesday of a theft of equipment on the 400 block of Cedar Street.

A report at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday of a theft at Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.

THEFT - A report at 10:44 a.m. Wednesday that complainant left items on a chair in front of Herberger’s, 14136 Baxter Drive, and when she went back it was gone.

Crow Wing sheriff

THEFT - A report at 1:19 p.m. Wednesday of a theft on the 6100 block of Crow Wing County Road 9 in Brainerd.

Morrison sheriff

THEFT - A report at 2:54 p.m. Wednesday of a theft of wood from property on the 2600 block of White Pine Lane, Motley.
