ARREST-A 29-year-old man was arrested at 4:37 p.m. Monday for child neglect, disorderly conduct and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a welfare check on the 800 block of South Sixth Street.
INtOXICATED-Report at 12:25 a.m. Tuesday of a possible intoxicated person leaving the 14000 block of Beaver Dam Road. Officers searched the area and didn't locate anyone.
SUSPICIOUS-Report at 11:50 p.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle on the 1100 block of Rosewood Street. A man was cited for driving after revocation.
Report at 6:15 p.m. Monday of suspicious activity of people with flashlights on the 1300 block of South Eighth Street. Complainant spoke to subjects who said they were real estate agents. Subjects were gone prior to police arrival.

THEFT-Report Monday of a theft of a rear license plate on the 900 block of Washington Street.
BURGLARY-Report at 11:21 a.m. Monday of a burglary on the 1000 block of Oak Street.
DISTURBANCE-Two different reports Monday morning of disturbances at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 N. Third St. Officers made contact and advised the subjects in both instances.
Baxter police
DISTURBANCE-Report at 8:03 a.m. Tuesday of a disturbance at Forestview Middle School, 12149 Knollwood Drive.
WELFARE CHECK-Report at 1:33 p.m. Monday of children left in a vehicle unattended on the 14000 block of Dellwood Drive. Vehicle was running and locked. Mother arrived at vehicle while an officer was on scene. Both children were fine and the mother was advised.

Crow Wing sheriff
DOMESTIC-Report at 7:43 p.m. Monday of a domestic on the 25000 block of Lost Long Lake Road, Aitkin. A juvenile was placed on a 72-hour hold.
BURGLARY-Report Monday of a burglary of a cabin on the 15000 block of Crow Wing County Road 109, Merrifield.
INTOXICATED-Report at 12:14 p.m. Monday of an intoxicated person sleeping in a lot at Raceway Square Liquors, 17977 Highway 371, Brainerd. Deputy checked male who was sleeping. No alcohol was involved.
Nisswa police
SUSPICIOUS-Report at 8:14 p.m. Sunday of a suspicious vehicle parked in front of a building on the 25000 block of South Main Street. The complainant said the male exited the vehicle and walked toward the Paul Bunyan Trail. Officers arrived and found the subject sitting in the vehicle. The male was taking pictures for a photography class at school.
Report at 11:37 a.m. Thursday of a welfare check on Highway 371 and Crow Wing County Road 18. Officer spoke with an individual who said he was fine and didn't want assistance. He was headed north and was homeless. He was allowed to continue on his way.

Report at 8:40 p.m., Jan. 26, of two suspicious vehicles on Yearling Court and Spike Buck Drive. Officers made contact and they said they were house sitting for a nearby residence, but had to park on the road due to the recent snow.
DISTURBANCE-Report at 11:55 a.m., Jan. 27, of a dispute between a complainant and daughter on County Road 18 and Pine Haven Road about signing up for school. The daughter was physically restrained for a short time and none of them wanted to press charges. Both agreed to calm down and not cause any more problems.
Report at 6:17 p.m., Jan. 26, of a disturbance on the 5100 block of Northstar Lane. Subject was transported to the emergency room.
Breezy Point police
WELFARE CHECK-Report at 9:29 p.m. Sunday of a male wearing dark clothing along Crow Wing County Road 11 near Ski Chalet Drive who was possibly intoxicated and a traffic hazard. Officer checked the area and could not locate subject. The subject was located later and transported to detox.
ASSIST-Report at 12:40 a.m. Sunday of a male and female arguing by the front desk of Pine Peaks Lodge in Crosslake. Crosslake officer had the parties separated on arrival. Parties were arguing about events that occurred at a wedding reception. Parties were sent to their room after a very intoxicated female was processed for underage consumption.
Report at 10:28 p.m. Friday of a verbal domestic on the 14000 block of Whitebirch Lane, Crosslake. Police assisted Crosslake to provide officer safely. Parties agreed to separate for night.

Assisted Crosslake police at 4:10 p.m., Jan. 26, with a disturbance on the 13000 block of Kimberly Lane.
ARREST-A 26-year-old man was arrested at 1:59 a.m. Saturday for first-degree burglary and trespassing following a report of complainant knocking on a door and she suspected it was her ex-boyfriend. Suspect attempted to enter the house through a window, but left in a vehicle. Officers located vehicle at the resort, 9252 Breezy Point Drive.
DISTURBANCE-Report at 1:41 a.m. Saturday of a male causing a disturbance at the front desk of the resort. Subject was staying at High Village with a friend who left without him. Subject was unable to get a hold of his friend by telephone.
Report at 11:06 p.m., Jan. 27, of an intoxicated male who refused to leave JJ's Pub, 30279 Airport Road, and was causing a disturbance. Officers located the male and removed him from the bar and gave him a trespass warning for the night. He was transported to a residence for the night.
