INFORMATION - A report at 2:13 p.m. Wednesday of the complainant cutting wood with permission of homeowner on Cedar Scenic. He said unknown parties were stealing wood and the homeowner is following the suspects. Suspects stated their father sent them to pick up wood he had paid for. They went to the wrong house. Complainant states he knows their father and feels it was an honest mistake. All wood returned.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS - A 33-year-old man was arrested at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday after a report of a suspicious person who seemed confused and had left Mickey’s Pizza and Subs, 417 S. Fifth St. The man was arrested for gross misdemeanor charge of giving a false name to a peace officer and he also had a warrant out for his arrest from Carlton County.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at 11:07 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of 28th Street Southeast for felony of making terroristic threats, assault and disorderly conduct.

WELFARE - A report at 7:38 p.m. Wednesday of an out-of-control female. Female was calm when officer arrived.

A report at 2:40 a.m. Wednesday of a distraught female inside a home stating that people are after her. Officer took her to the hospital for an evaluation.

THEFT - A report at 3:13 p.m. Wednesday of a theft of items on the 1100 block of Mill Avenue.

THEFT - A report at 7:26 a.m. Wednesday of a theft of some change from a vehicle on the 500 block of Ripley Street, Fort Ripley.

A report at 12:16 p.m. Tuesday of a theft on the 8300 block of Paradise Beach Road, Brainerd.

Morrison sheriff

FIRE - A report at 7:28 p.m. Tuesday of a chicken barn on fire on the 26000 block of 163rd Street in Pierz. Pierz Fire responded to the fire.

ANIMAL - A report at 3:16 p.m. Monday of an injured coyote on the Highway 27 and 335th Avenue in Pierz. Deputy was unable to locate.

THEFT - A report at 11:42 a.m. Monday of a theft on the 6700 block of 95th Street in Little Falls.

A report at 3:12 p.m. Saturday of a theft of sockets and other items taken from a shed on the 14000 block of 95th Avenue in Little Falls.

A report at 12:23 p.m. Jan. 30 of a theft of an Ice Castle fishing house taken from a lot on the 10000 block of Highway 10 in Little Falls.

Breezy Point police

WELFARE - A report at 11:15 p.m. Monday to check on a male who was running along side of the road and then fell face first in the snow. Male was intoxicated and trying to get home. He was given a ride home.

ARREST - A 54-year-old woman was arrested at 11:53 p.m. Saturday for driving while intoxicated (DWI) after a report that someone backed into another vehicle in the parking lot at Primetime Restaurant, 8548 Ski Chalet Dr.
