Staples police: ARRESTS - A 19-year-old man was arrested at 4:03 p.m. Friday following a report to assist the Morrison County Sheriff's Office with a road rage type incident involving a weapon. The 19-year-old driver was later arrested for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and being under 21 and drinking and driving and transported to the Todd County Detention Center.

ARRESTS-A 28-year-old was arrested at 2:57 p.m. Sunday for obstructing the legal process following a report of a vehicle with its alarm going off and door open on Southeast 11th Street and Quince Street. The female was uncooperative and barricaded herself in the car.

A 21-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a physical domestic on the 200 block of North Eighth Street.

A 28-year-old woman was arrested at 6:12 a.m. Sunday for misuse of 911, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following a report of a disturbance at the emergency room at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 N. Third. St.

A 23-year-old was arrested at 2:52 a.m. Sunday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 200 block of Southwest Fifth Street.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at 11:19 p.m. Saturday for fifth-degree drug possession following a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 1200 block of Evergreen Avenue.

A 51-year-old man was arrested at 4:41 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct and theft of services following a report by Brainerd Taxi on the 2600 block of Fred Lane.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested at 1:41 a.m. for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and driving after suspension during a traffic stop on the 1300 block of South Fourth Street.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at 4:04 p.m. Friday for order of protection violation, damage to property, trespassing and disorderly conduct following a report of a physical domestic on the 1600 block of Maple Street.

A 30-year-old man was arrested at 12:32 a.m. Friday for disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

THEFT-Report Sunday of a theft of a vehicle on the 1700 block of Laurel Street.

Report Sunday of a theft of a wallet from a vehicle on the 500 block of Second Avenue Northeast.

Report Sunday of a theft of a vehicle from a garage on the 1700 block of Laurel Street. Learned someone took vehicle without permission.

Report Sunday of unknown suspects going through unlocked vehicles overnight on the 1800 block of Norwood Street.

Report Sunday of subjects attempting to go through numerous vehicles on Pine Street.

Report Saturday of a subject leaving Jack's House, 300 Highway 25, without paying the tab. Officers talked with subject and learned there was a misunderstanding the the bill had been paid for.

DOMESTIC-Report at 5:23 p.m. Sunday of a domestic on the 2400 block of Kay Lane. The suspect and victim left on foot and officers were unable to locate them.
