FIREWORKS - Bottle rockets were seized and destroyed Sunday on the 14400 block of Oakwood Drive after a subject was lighting them.

Officers observed illegal fireworks at 10:25 p.m. Saturday on the 12600 block of Knollwood Drive. The illegal fireworks were seized and the homeowner advised of the law. The fireworks were given to the bomb squad for disposal. Fireworks were also seized earlier in the night on the Parkwood Court culdesac.

THEFTS - Super 8 motel, 14000 block of Edgewood Drive, Monday reported a guest left without paying the bill and their credit card was declined.

SuperAmerica Sunday reported a gas drive-off on the 14300 block of Dellwood Drive. The individual was contacted and stated they would call the station and pay the bill. A similar instance happened Saturday.

A woman reported leaving a wallet in a cart Friday on the 7800 block of Excelsior Road. When she returned the wallet was gone.

ROAD HAZARD - A vehicle partially blocking the traffic lane at Cottage Grove Terrace and Memorywood Drive Sunday was asked to find a better parking spot. The driver was getting ready to load a hot tub into the truck bed.

CITATION - A driver was cited for driving around the barricades Sunday at Cypress Drive and Excelsior Road. With heavy traffic on Golf Course Drive, motorists were observed trying to go on the closed section of Excelsior as an alternative. Another call had officers replacing the barricade after it was moved.

Driver cited for no insurance and driving after revocation at 5:19 p.m Saturday at Laverne Circle and Artward Drive. The vehicle was left on the side of the road.

FRAUD - Credit cards were reported stolen in Little Falls and Thursday the suspect attempted to use the cards at 7295 Glory Road and at 7472 Excelsior Road.

DRUGS - A landlord on the 4500 block of Mapleton Road Sunday reported finding magnetic containers under a bathroom sink containing syringes and two baggies of methamphetamine left by previous tenants. Items were photographed and taken for destruction.

SUSPICIOUS - A vehicle parked north of Clearwater Road on Cypress Drive was viewed as suspicious by a caller at 12:19 p.m. Sunday. The driver had pulled over to use the phone.

A suspicious vehicle was reported about 11 p.m. leaving a closed business on the 13200 block of Isle Drive. The subject cleans the business after hours.

Report Saturday of an unknown male calling a store on the 7800 block of Excelsior Road repeatedly asking employees if they want to model. Officers advised extra patrols would be conducted.

TRESPASS - A subject was served a trespass notice Thursday after a report was received of homeless people camping in the woods east of the Mills Ford employee parking lot. An individual was transported to detox from a previous medical call and property will be removed upon the person's return. Earlier in the day a medical call reported a victim suffering from a possible broken foot who had a camp on the west side of the Paul Bunyan State Trail. The individual was transported by North Ambulance to Essentia Health.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Damage to property was reported Friday on the 14700 block of Dellwood Drive.

NOISE - An outdoor service with music had a caller report a noise complaint at 8:41 a.m. Sunday on the 13200 block of Berrywood Drive. Officers spoke with the pastor and advised speaking with the city about outdoor services with music in the future.

ARRESTS - Arrested a 20-year-old man about 11 p.m. Saturday for driving after revocation, no proof of insurance and prohibited lights on the vehicle. The vehicle was impounded.

Arrested a 53-year-old woman for drug possession after a traffic stop at 6:42 p.m. Friday at Excelsior Road and Grand Oaks Drive.

CRASH - A rear-end crash with minor injuries was reported at 4:15 p.m. Thursday on Highway 210 and Golf Course Drive.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS - Officers arrested a 29-year-old man for disorderly conduct 9:22 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast. Officers were responding to a reported fight at the location.

A 27-year-old man was arrested for a probation violation 1:40 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Gillis Avenue. Officers were responding to a report of an out-of-control male at the location.

A 33-year-old man was arrested for fifth-degree assault, obstructing the legal process, trespass, disorderly conduct, theft and small amount of marijuana at 12:36 a.m. Sunday at Liquor Pigz, 718 Laurel St.

A 24-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree damage to property and disorderly conduct at 10:16 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Gillis Avenue. Officers were responding to reports of a disturbance.

A 37-year-old man was arrested for second-degree driving while intoxicated at 1:23 a.m. Saturday on the 1500 block of Emma Street. Officers were responding to a report of an intoxicated male.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and third-degree test refusal at 9:23 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of South Fifth Street.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON - Officers responded to a report of people sleeping in a Kiwanis Park bathroom at 7:54 a.m. Sunday. Officers located the subjects sleeping on picnic tables outside the bathrooms and advised them.

DISTURBANCE - A subject was observed taunting and threatening individuals at 10:21 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of South Fifth Street. Subject was removed and sent on his way.

DOMESTIC - A 23-year-old man was arrested for gross misdemeanor domestic assault and felony probation violation 4:01 a.m. Saturday on the 1600 block of Oak Street.

Breezy Point police

ARREST - A 53-year-old man was arrested at 1:52 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on a motorcycle for speeding on the 22000 block of Highway 210. The man was arrested for violation of alcohol restrictions and fourth-degree driving while impaired.

DOG BITE - A victim was treated at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center Saturday after being bitten by a dog near Breezy Point Drive and Clubhouse Lane. The dog was reported to be a medium-sized poodle-type dog with a faded pink collar and mangy fur. The victim thought the dog was dead and was bitten when she went to touch it. The dog was not located and did not match the description of two dogs reported missing around the same time.

FIREWORKS - Breezy Point police responded to multiple fireworks complaints on Breezy Point Drive on Saturday night. Illegal fireworks were confiscated in numerous instances.

INDECENT CONDUCT - A female was reportedly urinating in full view of the driving and walking public on the 9200 block of Breezy Point Drive at 12:48 a.m. Friday. Resort security gave her a ride to the inn and suites.

LIQUOR VIOLATION - An officer saw a "young male" walking and attempting to conceal what appeared to be an alcoholic beverage at 11:19 p.m. Saturday at Breezy Point Drive and Indian Hill. The male was cited for underage consumption and was released to his father.

PARTY COMPLAINT - Several people were cited for underage consumption and one person was arrested following the report of an underage party on the 29000 block of Oriole Circle. A 21-year-old man was arrested for furnishing alcohol to persons under 21 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Damages to a home and property were reported at 4:22 p.m. Sunday following an apparent juvenile gathering while parents were out of town on the 32000 block of Northwoods Lane.

SUSPICIOUS - A suspicious vehicle was reported at 9:21 p.m. Thursday on the 29000 block of County Road 4. The caller reported the vehicle pulled out from a parking lot across from her home and appeared to be following her when she left. Officers advised the woman they would look for the vehicle when driving through the area and she should call back if the vehicle returns.

THEFTS - A caller reported eight Oxycodone pills and one Oxycontin pill were missing Tuesday on the 32000 block of Cedar Street. The caller suspected he knew who took the pills and said the matter didn't need to be investigated further, just documented.

Golf clubs were reportedly stolen after they were left outside Sunday on the 9200 block of Breezy Point Drive.

Crow Wing sheriff

ARRESTS - A report of an intoxicated person at 12:28 a.m. Friday led to the arrest of a 42-year-old man near East Gull Lake. The man was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

A traffic stop at 1:06 a.m. Friday at County Road 26 and Smith Lake Road in Garrison resulted in the arrest of an 18-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man, both for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

While investigating a stolen property complaint at 3:35 p.m. Friday, investigators located a suspected controlled substance on the 12000 block of Silver Lake Road. A 40-year-old woman was arrested.

A traffic stop at 11:01 p.m. Friday at County Road 66 and Echo Drive resulted in the arrest of a 39-year-old woman. The woman was arrested for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated.

A boating traffic stop at 11:15 p.m. Friday on Cross Lake resulted in the arrest of a 50-year-old man for boating while intoxicated.

ASSAULTS - An assault of an individual camping on Silkstone Road reported at 3 a.m. Sunday resulted in the arrest of an 18-year-old person and the citation of two 18-year-olds and a juvenile. A second juvenile was cited after individuals returned to the campsite more than three hours later. The victim was treated at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center.

An assault between two inmates at the Crow Wing County Jail was reported at 9:54 p.m. Sunday.

BURGLARY - A burglary was reported at 11:01 a.m. Sunday on the 26000 block of Linden Street, Garrison. Suspicious activity was reported 10 minutes earlier at a different address on the same block.

DISTURBANCES - A disturbance was reported at 1:33 a.m. Saturday on the 6900 block of Holmes Avenue, Brainerd.

A disturbance was reported at 9:49 p.m. Saturday on the 28000 block of Fools Lake Road, Mission.

A disturbance was reported at 10:58 p.m. Saturday on the 17000 block of Hidden Lake Road, Fifty Lakes.

A disturbance was reported at 5:36 p.m. Sunday on the 16000 block of Homestead Lane, Brainerd.

A disturbance was reported at 11:26 p.m. Sunday on the 9600 block of Birchwood Lane, Garrison.

DOMESTICS - A report of a domestic situation at 7:15 p.m. Sunday on the 1300 block of 90th Avenue in Fort Ripley resulted in the arrest of a 44-year-old person.

A report of a domestic situation at 7:20 p.m. Sunday on the 14000 block of County Road 25 in Brainerd resulted in the arrest of a 44-year-old man.

INTOXICATED - A complaint of an intoxicated person was received at 3:27 a.m. Saturday at Leisure Lane and Graff Park Road, Brainerd.

A complaint of an intoxicated person was received at 3:48 a.m. Saturday on the 10000 block of Highway 169, Garrison.

A complaint of an intoxicated male at 6:21 p.m. Saturday on the 13000 block of Eagle Creek Lane, Bay Lake, resulted in the arrest of a 58-year-old man for a probation violation.

A complainant called at 2:49 p.m. Sunday to request the removal of an intoxicated female from a residence on the 19000 block of Hiawatha Road. The female was transported to detox.

SHOOTING COMPLAINT - A resident on the 10000 block of Birchem Circle reported at 4:25 p.m. Friday a neighbor was on her property shooting chipmunks with a .22 rifle.

SUSPICIOUS - A suspicious person was reported at 11:07 p.m. Friday on Crooked Lake Road and Highway 6, Deerwood.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 11:48 p.m. Friday on the 14000 block of Crooked Lake Road, Deerwood.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:04 a.m. Saturday on the 35000 block of Highway 6, Fairfield.

A suspicious person was reported at 1:42 a.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of Willow Street, Brainerd.

Suspicious activity was reported at 8:01 p.m. Sunday on the 9700 block of Mitchell Circle.

THEFTS - A theft was reported Friday on the 7500 block of Highway 169.

A theft was reported Friday on the 18000 block of Green Flag Trail, Brainerd.

The theft of fishing gear was reported Saturday on the 28000 block of Fools Lake Road, Mission.

A theft was reported Saturday on the 5000 block of Susanville Drive, Brainerd.

ASSIST - Assisted Nisswa Police Department Sunday with a physical disturbance on County Highway 18 in Nisswa.

Assisted Breezy Point Police Saturday with an underage party on Oriole Circle in Breezy Point.

Assisted Cass County with a personal injury crash at 9:48 p.m. Friday at Highway 371 and 27th Street Southwest in Pine River.

Assisted Cass County June 29 with a burglary on County Highway 17 Southwest.

THEFT - Received reports of gas drive-offs Sunday and Friday from First Street in Pequot Lakes and Sunday on Old Highway 371 in Jenkins.

FIRE - Report at 7:11 p.m. Friday of a popcorn stand on fire at Highway 371 and Main Street.
