Baxter police ARREST - Report at 2:10 p.m. Saturday of a driving complaint on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive leading to an arrest. A 29-year-old woman was arrested after someone complained the driver of a vehicle might be under the influence of ...

Brainerd police: SUSPICIOUS - A report at 10:13 p.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle pulling into Gregory Park after it was closed. Subject stated he was there to play a game on his phone. He was advised of the city ordinance and he left without incident.

Baxter police

ARREST - Report at 2:10 p.m. Saturday of a driving complaint on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive leading to an arrest. A 29-year-old woman was arrested after someone complained the driver of a vehicle might be under the influence of narcotics.

CRASH - Report at 2:08 p.m. Friday of a minor personal injury crash involving three vehicles at Highway 210 and Golf Course Drive.

RACCOONS - Report at 1:18 p.m. Sunday of two raccoons in a driveway on the 4800 block of Brentwood Road. Someone from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources transported the raccoons to the Pillsbury State Forest.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 5:54 p.m. Friday of a suspicious male at the beach on the 14000 block of Oakwood Drive. The male was swearing and guessing the ages of girls on the beach. An officer advised the male of the complaint and he responded he would stay away from the beach.

Report at 10:12 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious person in a backyard on the 5600 block of Fairview Road. The caller described the person as wearing all black and holding a flashlight. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate a suspect.

Report at 12:37 a.m. Monday of a suspicious person near the Holiday Stationstore, 7472 Excelsior Road. A caller reported a male walking through the parking lot and hiding in bushes. An officer located the suspect and advised him of the complaint. The suspect stated he was walking home from a friend's house.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS - Report at 12:59 a.m. Saturday of a traffic stop on the 600 block of West Washington Street resulting in an arrest. A 26-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, no insurance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Report at 1:15 a.m. Monday of a traffic stop on the 700 block of Laurel Street resulting in an arrest. A 50-year-old man was arrested for third-degree DWI and no proof of insurance.

DISTURBANCES - Report at 7:58 a.m. Friday of an arrest on the 400 block of Laurel Street. A 33-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process.

Report at 11:08 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on the 900 block of 28th Street Southeast. Officers investigated and found the subject was singing loudly and it was mistaken for a disturbance.

Report at 7:54 a.m. Saturday of a male causing a disturbance and throwing chairs on the 11000 block of State Avenue. The subject was calm when officers arrived.

Report at 8:25 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 1200 block of Laurel Street. Officers found it to be a verbal argument only and parties were separated for the night.

Report at 9:35 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 900 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast. Two people were arguing inside a residence. Officers mediated and one of the people agreed to leave for the night.

DOMESTIC - Report at 5:51 p.m. Friday of a physical domestic disturbance between an adult male and female on the 800 block of Fir Street. One of the individuals will be summoned to face possible domestic assault and disorderly conduct charges.

Report at 9:13 p.m. Friday of a male and female yelling at each other on the 200 block of Chippewa Street. The parties were separated for the evening.

Report at 1:02 p.m. Saturday of a domestic assault on the 1000 block of 14th Avenue Northeast.

FIGHT - Report at 12:09 p.m. Sunday of a fight on the 11000 block of State Avenue. A 31-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct.

INTOXICATED - Report at 6:08 p.m. Friday of a caller requesting an intoxicated person be removed on the 80 block of Hart Road. A 52-year-old man was arrested on a disorderly conduct warrant.

Report at 11:58 p.m. Saturday of a caller requesting the removal of an unwanted individual on the 20 block of Jessica Lane. Two females were cited for underage consumption.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 10:51 a.m. Sunday of a caller reporting someone may have put something in the trunk of his car. He was unsure what that "something" might be, but told officers he would call if he finds something suspicious in the trunk.

Report at 1:06 p.m. Sunday of suspicious activity at the Brainerd Public Library, 416 S. Fifth St. The front door was propped open and people were going in and out of the library while it was closed. An officer made contact with a group having their monthly meeting in the library meeting room.

THEFTS - Report Friday of a theft on the 1400 block of Norwood Street.

Report Saturday of the theft of two bicycles from the 200 block of North Ninth Street sometime between Friday and 3 p.m. Saturday.

Report Sunday of a male refusing to pay for a taxi ride with Brainerd Area Taxi. A male was cited for theft.

Report Sunday of the theft of a cellphone on the 1000 block of 13th Avenue Northeast.

Report Sunday of the theft of a vehicle on the 20 block of Jessica Lane. A 2008 red Ford Explorer was reported stolen sometime between 10:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. Saturday night and Sunday morning.

THREATS - Report at 8:08 p.m. Friday of someone receiving threats on the 900 block of P Street.

BURGLARIES - Report at 2:24 p.m. Friday of a burglary on Thompson Road, Brainerd.

Report at 9:39 p.m. Friday of a burglary on Rosemary Road, Brainerd.

Report at 6:26 a.m. Sunday of a burglary in progress on the 14000 block of County Road 22, Brainerd. Deputies arrested a 32-year-old man for suspicion of felony first-degree burglary of a dwelling, gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process, misdemeanor fifth-degree assault and misdemeanor fourth-degree intentional damage to property. The Brainerd Police Department assisted at the scene.

Report at 11:17 a.m. Sunday of a disturbance on Highway 169, Garrison.

DOMESTIC - Report at 10:55 a.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance on Rail Drive, Deerwood.

INTOXICATED - Report at 2:17 a.m. Sunday of an intoxicated person south of Gull Lake Dam Road and Highway 371.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 9:37 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on Strawberry Lake Road, Pequot Lakes.

Report at 3:30 a.m. of suspicious activity at Lilac Street and Gleason Avenue, Jenkins.

THEFT - Report Friday of a theft on Woodrow Road, Brainerd.

Report Saturday of a theft of tools from a storage shed on North Shore Drive, Emily.

Report Sunday of a theft on County Road 3, Merrifield.

Report Sunday of a theft on Wonderland Park Road, Brainerd.

Report Sunday of a theft on Front Street, Deerwood.

THREATS - Report at 4:28 p.m. Friday of threats on Middle Cullen Road, Pequot Lakes.

Report at 11:48 p.m. Saturday of threats on Long Farm Road, Pine River.
