DISTURBANCE - A report Sunday of a disturbance or problem occurring earlier at a business on West Main Street and Cross Avenue. Officers received information and stopped by the business later and advised a group of their “poor use of the English language, especially when an inappropriate adjective was used before the word, cops.”

THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft of items taken from a vehicle parked on Sixth Street in Ironton.

A report Friday of a theft possibly involving an employee at a business on East Main Street.

A report March 17 of a possible theft from a residence on Second Street Northeast.

FIRE - A report March 18 of a fire alarm at a business on East Main Street. Crosby Fire Department responded.

LOSS - A report at 8:28 p.m. Monday of a loss of a diamond ring at the Brainerd Area Civic Center, 502 Jackson St.

THEFT - A report at 6:25 p.m. Monday of a theft of a homemade trailer on the 200 block of North Seventh Street.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 12:48 p.m. Monday of a male getting into the complainant’s vehicle and refusing to leave. Officers arrived and subject said he missed his ride to Building No. 21. Officer transported him.

A report at 12:16 a.m. Monday that someone may be in the complainant’s house on the 100 block of Birchridge Drive. Officers checked and everything was fine.

THEFT - A report at 1:02 p.m. Monday of a theft of a vehicle on the 15000 block of Woodland Beach Road, Deerwood.

BURGLARY - A report at 10:17 p.m. Friday of a burglary on the 900 block of Fourth Avenue Southwest, in which a video game system and other assorted property was allegedly stolen.

THEFT - A report at 2:59 p.m. Friday of a theft of four Interstate semi batteries from a truck on the 600 block of Ninth Avenue Northwest.

Nisswa police

ARREST - A 40-year-old woman was arrested at 8:03 p.m. Sunday during a traffic stop on Highway 371 for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI).
