BODY - A report at 8:52 a.m. Monday a foul smell from a unit in Janice’s Estates and Pines on Olson Street. Inside, officers discovered the body of a 63-year-old male. It was reported that the man died of a medical issue and his body likely was there for several days.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS - Was assisted by Baxter K-9 and Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office at 4:37 p.m. Monday with a warrant arrest on the 2600 block of Oak Street of a 29-year-old man. Subject ran into the woods. K-9 tracked subject and pushed him out to perimeter squads.

A 10-year-old male was arrested Monday for fourth-degree damage to property and disorderly conduct at Port Group Homes, 1406 Laurel St, following a report of a male out of control and throwing a chair against the office door.

A 14-year-old male was arrested Monday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct at Port Group Homes, 1406 Laurel St., following a report of an assault at a group home involving a resident.

A 32-year-old woman was arrested at 1:52 a.m. Monday during a traffic stop on Laurel Street and South Fifth Street for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) and fourth-degree DWI test refusal.

THEFT - A report at 12:03 p.m. Monday of a theft of a backpack from an apartment on Campus Drive.

Breezy Point police

SHOOTING - A report at 1:54 p.m. Saturday of a subject shooting a BB gun at a stray dog while children were in the area. Subject stated that she shot in a safe direction and no children were in the area. She was instructed to call the police the next time the stray dog was in her yard and to avoid the BB gun.

BURGLARY – A report at 9:30 a.m. May 7 of a burglary at Platinum Results Salon And Spa, 8101 Crow Wing County Road 11. Officer arrived on scene and observed signs of forced entry to the rear of the building and a cash register was taken.

FIRE - A report at 11:28 a.m. May 5 of a house full of smoke, but no fire on the 30000 block of Robin Lane. Officers assisted owner with ventilating the house.

Crosby police

ARREST - A driver was arrested Saturday during a traffic stop on Second Street and Fifth Avenue Southwest for consumption of alcohol under age 21 and fourth-degree DWI. A passenger, also a juvenile female, was issued a citation for consumption of alcohol under age 21 and she was transported home.

FIRE - A report Thursday of a vehicle fire on Highway 6 and County Road 31. Deerwood Fire responded.

THEFT - A report May 5 of a theft of a cellphone on Poplar Street.

A report May 5 of a theft at a building on Third Street Southwest. A juvenile male suspect was identified and the loss was located.

A report May 5 of a disturbance and possible theft of two dogs from a residence on Erie Avenue. Officers learned this was the boyfriend of the caller and he took off with the dogs without their consent. The boyfriend and dogs were located and short time later near Second Avenue Northwest.

ANIMAL - A report May 6 of a neighbor walking their dog off leash in the area and another neighbor’s dog got loose and jumped on the pedestrian. Both owners got into an argument over the incident. Officer spoke with both, advising them of the city ordinance involving animals.

FIRE - A report at 5 p.m. Monday of a leaf pile on fire on the 4500 block of Forest Ridge Road, Garrison.

A report at 10:26 a.m. Monday of a small fire on the 4500 block of Forest Ridge Road, Garrison.

Little Falls police

THEFT - A report at 9:44 a.m. Tuesday of a theft on the 1100 block of Second Avenue Northeast.

A report at 1:52 p.m. Sunday of a theft at the Convenience Store, 206 First St. NE. It was reported that electronic cigarette juice valued at $11.99 was stolen.

A report at 5:08 p.m. Saturday of a theft of a Callaway RAZR Fit left handed driver with red and black grip, value of $225. Item was taken from the golf course storage shed.

UNWANTED SUBJECT - A report at 9:08 a.m. Tuesday of someone camping in the woods east of Little Falls Schools, 301 11th Street SE. A male camper was identified and left the area without incident.

ALARM - A report at 7:24 a.m. Tuesday of an alarm at the Morrison County Treasurer’s Office, 213 First Ave. SE.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of a Cub Cadet rear tilt tiller at a residence on the 28000 block of 291st Avenue in rural Staples.
