Brainerd police PROWLER -- A report at 7:51 a.m. Sunday of an unknown male on the complainant's couch on the 900 block of South Eighth Street. Man was issued a citation for trespassing. SUSPICIOUS -- Park services made a report at 4:24 p.m. Frida...

PROWLER - A report at 7:51 a.m. Sunday of an unknown male on the complainant’s couch on the 900 block of South Eighth Street. Man was issued a citation for trespassing.

SUSPICIOUS - Park services made a report at 4:24 p.m. Friday of juveniles putting picnic tables in the river at Kiwanis Park on the 1100 block of East River Road. Officers observed the juvenile putting the tables in the water to get to the dock. Officers had the juveniles put the tables back and they apologized for their behavior.

THEFT – A report at 7:21 p.m. Sunday of a theft on the 1700 block of Mill Avenue.

A report at 10:16 p.m. Saturday of a theft of a television from a residence on the 800 block of South 10th Street.

A report at 12:47 p.m. Friday of a theft of a trailer on the 700 block of Third Avenue Northeast.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - While on a routine patrol, officers saw two females arguing on the 700 block of Laurel Street at 1:28 a.m. Sunday. An officer then saw a female push the other into the side of the building. A 26-year-old woman was cited for disorderly conduct.

INTOXICATED - A report at 11:59 p.m. Saturday of a female passed out near a doorway on the 700 block of Laurel Street. The woman was taken to detox.

A report at 11:48 a.m. Saturday of a female party slurring words and smelling of alcohol while in the drive-thru at McDonald’s, 505 NE Washington St. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

A report at 9:14 p.m. Friday of an extremely intoxicated male causing a disturbance inside Brainerd Warehouse Liquor, 817 Washington St. The male left on foot, but officers located him and transported him to the emergency room for a pre-detox evaluation.

OTHER - A report at 2:55 p.m. Saturday of someone who opened the complainant’s sliding glass door and threw a letter in it on the 1600 block of 13th Avenue. The person was cited for trespassing.

ARRESTS - A report at 7:25 a.m. Saturday of a disturbance on the 300 block of First Avenue Northeast. A 35-year-old man was arrested for felony domestic assault and second-degree assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

A 52-year-old man was arrested at 11:29 p.m. Friday on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street for disorderly conduct after complainant requested officers to come and remove an intoxicated man who also had been making harassing phone calls to dispatch.

Baxter police

ARRESTS - Two 25-year-old men were arrested at 10:46 p.m. Saturday for fifth-degree drug possession.

WELFARE CHECK - A report at 2:44 p.m. Friday to check on a male in vehicle slumped over wheel on the 7600 block of Clearwater Road. Officers checked and male was an employee at the business and was taking a nap before work.

THEFT - A report at 4:49 p.m. Sunday of a theft of a vehicle on the 14000 block of Wonderland Park Road.

FIGHT - A report at 10:49 p.m. Saturday of a fight at North Central Speedway, 9651 Business Highway 371.

BURGLARY - A report at 2:55 p.m. Friday that a neighbor’s cabin was being broken into on the 7300 block of Highway 169, Garrison.

A report at 1:57 p.m. Friday of a burglary on the 34000 block of Kimble Lodge Road, Pequot Lakes.

A report at 9:46 a.m. Friday of a theft from a home on the 26000 block of Round Lake Road, Deerwood.

GAS LEAK - A report at 1:40 p.m. Friday of a smell of gas in the area of Highway 18 and Esden Road, Deerwood.

ASSAULT - A report at 8:18 a.m. Thursday of a male choking a female on Loerch Road, Brainerd.

Pequot Lakes police

THEFT - A report at 3:39 p.m. Thursday on Olson Street of a theft of hair extensions and an iPhone 4.

Breezy Point police

MEDICAL - A report at 4:36 p.m. Sunday of a male who dislocated his shoulder while swimming in the pool. North Memorial Ambulance and first responders responded.

ARRESTS - A 20-year-old and an 18-year-old were arrested at 11:34 p.m. Saturday on County Road 4 and 11. One female was arrested for a warrant and the other was arrested for underage consumption.
