SCHOOL - A report at 11:20 a.m. Monday of someone calling Garfield Elementary School, 1120 10th Avenue NE, pretending to be a child’s father.

ARRESTS - A 16-year-old female was arrested Monday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct on the 100 block of North First Street.

BURGLARY - A report at 7:19 p.m. Monday of a burglary on the 600 block of Southwest Fourth Street.

THEFT - A report at 7 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Pine Street that complainant let a friend borrow his vehicle and he would not return it.

A report at 6:37 p.m. Monday that complainant dropped his cellphone on the 300 block of South Seventh Street. An unknown female picked it up and refused to give it back.

A report at 5:45 p. m. Monday of a theft of a underwater camera (GoPro Hero 3) somewhere on Holly Street or Ivy Street.

A report at 1:24 p.m. Monday of a theft of a boat, motor and trailer on 14th Avenue Northeast.

A report at 10:33 a.m. Monday of a theft of social security check in north Brainerd.

THEFT - A report at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday of a theft of $15 cash out of a vehicle parked on the 13000 block of Cypress Drive.

THEFT - A report at 12:14 p.m. Monday of a theft of jewelry in Deerwood.

A report at 10:29 a.m. Monday of someone attempting to steal a boat motor.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - A report at 11:38 a.m. Monday of a client who damaged a room at the Crow Wing County Probation, 213 Laurel St. A 37-year-old man was arrested.

BURGLARY - A report at 10:27 a.m. Monday of someone breaking into a shed on the 3400 block of Sebie Lake Road, Fort Ripley.

Crosby police

FIRE - A report Saturday on Third Avenue Northeast of a carbon monoxide alarm going off. Crosby fire was on scene, investigated and learned the alarm was possibly due to an expired detector.

A report Sunday on Third Street Northeast of a carbon monoxide alarm going off. Crosby fire was on scene, investigated and learned the alarm was possibly due to another expired detector.

THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft of a boat trailer from a yard on the 400 block of East Main Street.

A report Saturday of a theft from an individual that occurred in a business on Third Avenue Southwest.

BURGLARY - A report April 28 of a burglary of dwelling that occurred on the 400 block of Second Street Southeast.

FRAUD - A report April 28 of possible credit card theft/fraud involving three to four victims from the Crosby area. Suspect is known.

A report April 28 of a possible mail scam involving a person receiving a check for more than $1,000 that was more than likely fraudulent.

Pequot Lakes police

ARREST - Officers made an arrest at 1:20 a.m. Sunday during a traffic stop on Crow Wing County Road 15 and Driftwood Lane in Pine River for a DWI.

INFORMATION - A report at 6:02 p.m. Friday of a child left at a day care in Jenkins.
