SUSPICIOUS - A report at 3:32 a.m. Monday of an unknown male at complainant's door on the 1200 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast. Prior to officer's arrival, the male had left the area.

A report at 3:41 a.m. Sunday of an unknown male in a garage on the 1700 block of South 10th Street. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the man.

A report at 12:55 a.m. Sunday of seeing someone crawl near the fence by a church on the 1400 block of South Eighth Street. Officers located subject, who was intoxicated and lost. Officers gave subject a ride to a friend's residence.

A report at 5:05 p.m. Friday of a male suspect who attempted to pull a female into his vehicle on the 700 block of Washington Street.

DISTURBANCE - While on foot patrol at 1:08 a.m. Monday, officer heard people yelling in front of Iron Rail, 707 Laurel St. Officer entered bar as an individual was leaving and heard a female yell not to let him back in the bar. Bartender said everything was fine and the male was not causing problems.

A report at 3:04 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance involving a juvenile who was attempting to run away on 28th Street Southeast. Officers mediated and came up with a resolution that all parties agreed upon.

A report at 3:39 p.m. Sunday of a juvenile runaway in the parking lot of Port Group Home for Girls, 115 N. First St. She agreed to go back inside without incident.

A report at 12:57 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance at Port Group Home for Boys, 1406 Laurel St. A juvenile male was arrested for fifth-degree assault.

A report at 11:13 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center emergency room, 523 N. Third St. Officer assisted medical staff with restraining subject while staff provided treatment.

A report at 7:34 p.m. Saturday of a drunken female and the complainant wants her out on the 600 block of James Street. Subject left prior to officers' arrival.

MISSING - A report at 7:40 p.m. Sunday of a missing female from a foster home on the 2400 block of Hillcrest Drive. Officer located female near residence.

ALARM - A report at 4:30 p.m. Sunday of a general panic alarm going off at Ocelco Inc., 1111 Industrial Park Road SW. Officer checked and building was secure. Officer observed a cat that may have tripped the alarm.

BURGLARY - A report Sunday of a burglary on the 1200 block of South Ninth Street.

A report Saturday that someone broke into a garage on the 500 block of South 11th Street and took a BMX bike.

THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft of a car on the 2000 block of Spruce Drive. Officer found vehicle parked next to building.

A report at 12:52 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated male refusing to pay for his cab fare on the 600 block of Madison Street. Male was transported to detox.

A report at 10:05 p.m. Friday of a female who couldn't pay for taxi fare on the 600 block of James Street. Prior to officer's arrival, female found money and paid for the ride.

A report Friday of a theft of a $150 winter coat on the 200 block of Northwest Third Street.

ARRESTS - A 26-year-old man was arrested at 7:50 p.m. Saturday for third-degree assault, domestic assault by strangulation, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and interfering with emergency communication following a report of a domestic on the 800 block of G Street.

A 45-year-old man was arrested at 9:43 p.m. Friday for domestic assault and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance on the 100 block of Laurel Street.

A 20-year-old man was arrested at 4:46 p.m. Friday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) on the 1100 block of 15th Avenue Northeast.

A 30-year-old man was arrested at 12:46 p.m. Friday for domestic assault following a report of a disturbance with a male and female on the 800 block of Maple Street.

FIGHT - A report at 7:27 p.m. Friday of an assault at Kiwanis Park, 1101 East River Road.

Baxter police

ANIMAL - A report at 5:59 a.m. Monday of a kitten in the mailbox on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive. The kitten was rescued and taken to Heartland Animal Rescue Team.

ASSIST - Assisted Brainerd police at 10:31 p.m. Sunday with a subject who fled on foot from a vehicle on 28th Street Southeast.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 1:34 p.m. Sunday of a fight on the 14000 block of Grand Oaks Drive and the complainant could hear yelling. Officers arrived and learned it was a verbal argument, nothing physical. One of the subjects left prior to officer's arrival.

A report at 12:41 p.m. Saturday of a subject to be removed from the 12000 block of Forestview Drive. Subject left and was advised not to return.

A report at 7:56 p.m. Friday of a verbal domestic. A female and children left for the night.

MISSING - A report at 5:57 a.m. Sunday that husband was missing. Husband arrived home while officer was at residence. All was fine.

ARREST - A 25-year-old man was arrested at 7:40 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct following a report of a male and female who were physically fighting at Wal-mart, 7295 Glory Road.

BURGLARY - A report Saturday of a burglary on the 13000 block of Maplewood Drive.

THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft at the Bungalow Sportsman Bar, 39982 Park Ave., Emily.

ARRESTS - A 42-year-old man was arrested at 11:22 a.m. Saturday following a report of a physical domestic on Mattson Avenue, Ironton.

A 51-year-old man was arrested at 9:16 p.m. Friday following a report of an assault on Three Mile Road, Brainerd.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 11:56 a.m. Saturday of a disturbance on Sixth Avenue Northeast, Crosby.

A report at 6:47 p.m. Friday of an assault on Crow Wing County Road 26, Garrison.

A report at 4:51 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on County Road 8, Brainerd.

FIRE - A report at 11:38 a.m. Saturday of a fire on Spring Brook Road, Pine River.

Nisswa police

ASSIST - Assisted Pequot Lakes police at 11:32 a.m. Saturday of a possible burglary in progress on the 30000 block of South Health Street, Pequot Lakes. The house was abandoned and no one was inside.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday of a suspicious male sitting in the lobby of Blackridge Bank, 25532 Main St., for 45 minutes. The man was sitting there staring at the walls and drinking coffee. The bank asked him to leave.

WELFARE CHECK - A report at 10:20 a.m. Sunday of a person sleeping in a vehicle on the 15000 block of 18th Street Northeast. Officers made contact with person who said they work overnight and did not have a place to go until they had enough money to rent a place.

INTOXICATED - A report at 8:41 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated subject on the 800 block of First Street Northeast. A female was screaming and a male was escorting her out of the garage by her arms. The man told the officer he needed to do something with the female and he walked back into the garage. The officer escorted the female to his squad car where she calmed down. During that time, the complainant requested officer to take the female away. Officer took female to detox.

ASSIST - A report at 10:28 a.m. Saturday of complainant having questions about not allowing her husband back into the house on the 1000 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast. Officer made phone contact and advised her.

BIRD - A report Thursday of an injured goose in the Wal-Mart parking lot, 15091 18th St. NE.

FIRE - A report at 2:13 a.m. Thursday of a fire alarm at Diamond Willow Assisted Living, 1405 Fifth Ave. NE. An employee called and stated everything was OK, as she burned chicken.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 6:46 p.m. Wednesday of a subject who was unruly on the 800 block of Second Street Southeast. The subject was unruly and a taxi came to give him a ride home.
