ARRESTS — A 41-year-old man was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, for DWI and possession of a controlled substance at T.J. Maxx. As of Friday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 11:33 p.m. Tuesday for driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance at Highway 371 and Excelsior Road.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 6:26 p.m. Monday for fleeing a peace officer, second-degree assault and identity theft at Fleet Farm. As of Friday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 39-year-old woman was arrested at 10:13 a.m. Monday for a warrant on the 14000 block of Grand Oaks Drive.

THEFTS — Report of a stolen $440 bike Thursday from Dunham’s in Baxter. A short time later the bike was found abandoned and was returned.

Report of shoplifting Tuesday on the 14000 block of Dellwood Drive. Suspect was cited.

Report of a theft Monday at Walmart. Suspects were caught and arrested in Crosby.

ASSAULT — Report of an assault 1:35 p.m. Tuesday on the 7000 block of Whispering Woods Lane.

ARRESTS — A 24-year-old man was arrested at 11:05 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, for felony theft on the 300 block of Northwest Fourth Street. As of Friday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 22-year-old woman was arrested at 1:24 a.m. Wednesday for DWI on the 1500 block of Quince Street.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at 2:14 a.m. Thursday for multiple Crow Wing County warrants and driving on a suspended license at Highway 210 and Baxter Drive in Baxter.

A 44-year-old man was arrested at 12:03 a.m. Thursday for violating a no-contact order, obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct in Brainerd. As of Friday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 35-year-old man was arrested at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday for a felony warrant on the 100 block of Laurel Street. As of Friday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at 3:27 a.m. Monday for driving on a suspended license, possession and a Hubbard County warrant at Highway 210 and Baxter Drive in Baxter.

A 37-year-old woman was arrested at 7:47 a.m. Monday for second-degree assault, possession of a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct on the 2200 block of South Sixth Street.

ARRESTS — A 33-year-old woman was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, for driving on a suspended license at Highway 169 and County Road 26 in Garrison.

A 59-year-old woman was arrested at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday for DWI on the 27000 block of Tame Fish Lane in Crosby. As of Friday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 46-year-old man was arrested at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday for DWI on Mill Avenue and O Street in Brainerd.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Report of property damage Wednesday afternoon on the 20000 block of Madison Avenue in Brainerd.

ARRESTS — A 45-year-old man was arrested at 4:23 a.m. Nov. 14 for burglary on the 300 block of Second Street Northeast. He was found after officers followed footprints in the snow to where the suspect was located. As of Friday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Morrison County Jail.

A 52-year-old woman was arrested at 3:59 a.m. Nov. 14 for violating a restraining order on the 900 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast.

A 50-year-old man was arrested at 1:16 a.m. Nov. 13 for DWI at First Street Southeast and First Avenue.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Report of two vehicles with spray paint and flat tires Nov. 13 on the 400 block of Seventh Street Northeast.

Report of property damage Nov. 10 on the 400 block of Fourth Street Southeast.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — Report of an out-of-control subject Tuesday at St. Gabriel's Hospital. Officers were able to calm the subject and no other issues arose.

Report of a male subject shouting and throwing things Monday on the 100 block of Kidder Street Northeast. Officers made contact and discovered the subject was playing Grand Theft Auto and was mad at his game.

ARRESTS — A 50-year-old woman was arrested at 11:11 a.m. Nov. 13 for driving on a suspended license and a Chisago County warrant on Highway 371 at Lazy Brook Drive.

A 32-year-old woman, a 38-year-old woman and a 47-year-old man were arrested at 11:24 p.m. Nov. 8 for possession on Highway 371 and Olson Road.
