Baxter police

ARRESTS — A 36-year-old man was arrested 11:03 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 31, for DWI on the 6000 block of Lake Forest Road. As of Tuesday afternoon, the man was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

THEFTS — Report and citation for theft 6:05 p.m. Saturday at Walmart on Glory Road.

Report of theft valued at $194 was made 5:34 p.m. Friday at Walmart on Glory Road. Juvenile suspect was detained and released to a relative.

Brainerd police

ARRESTS — A 50-year-old man was arrested at 12:32 a.m. Monday, Nov. 1, for DWI and driving on a revoked license at Business Highway 371 and Greenwood Street. As of Tuesday afternoon, the man was no longer in custody.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested at 7:17 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, for violating a domestic abuse-no contact order, domestic assault, disorderly conduct and theft on the 1000 block of South Eighth Street. As of Tuesday afternoon, the woman was in custody in the Crow Wing County Jail.

A 35-year-old man was arrested 1:18 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, for violating a domestic no-contact order on the 1000 block of Southeast 19 Street. As of Tuesday afternoon, the man was no longer in custody.

A 44-year-old man was arrested at 12:18 a.m. Monday for DWI on the 400 block of Washington Street. As of Tuesday afternoon, the man was no longer in custody.

THEFTS — Report of a theft Friday evening on the 800 block of Front Street.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Report and citation issued for property damage, disorderly conduct and using a false name 12:14 a.m. Saturday on the 700 block of West Laurel Street.

Breezy Point police

ARRESTS — A 56-year-old woman was arrested 11:12 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, for DWI at Oak Street and Fourteenth Street. As of Tuesday afternoon, the woman was no longer in custody.

THEFTS — Report of a stolen TV Monday afternoon on the 1300 block of Quince Street.

Nisswa police

ARRESTS — A 33-year-old man was arrested at 2:20 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, for DWI at County Road 77 and Nokomis Avenue. As of Tuesday afternoon, the man was no longer in custody.

A 32-year-old man was arrested 1:41 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, at Minnesota Highway 371 and Mission Road. As of Tuesday afternoon, the man was no longer in custody.

THEFTS — Report of a theft Thursday afternoon at the Holiday gas station on County Road 77.

Brainerd man faces child sexual assault charges

The charges stem from a May 2020 incident involving an 8-year-old girl under Antonsen’s care. The alleged incidents took place over the course of a month while the victim was participating in distance learning.

A Morrison County jury convicted Jonathan Greyblood of second-degree murder-without intent and second degree manslaughter in the death of his wife, Jeanine Greyblood, Monday, Oct. 26.
