ARRESTS - A 23-year-old was arrested at 3:28 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of South Sixth Street. According to the Crow Wing County in-custody list he was booked on felony first-degree assault, second-degree assault with a dangerous weapons and kidnapping.

A 22-year-old man was arrested at 6:49 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of North 10th Street for interfering with an emergency call, domestic assault and disorderly conduct.

ASSAULT - At 12:05 a.m. Thursday, officers were at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 Third St., and observed a female hitting staff members who brought her to the hospital.

A juvenile reported being assaulted by a female Wednesday. She reported she was at the hospital Thursday because she was having jaw pain.

A report at 1:19 p.m. Thursday of a possible fight with knives at the Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 4:33 p.m. Thursday of a subject who locked herself in her room and was throwing stuff. Officer spoke with her and she said she was upset about being bullied in school and the staff was doing nothing to help her. She agreed to calm down, if she was allowed to be left alone for awhile.

A report at 10:23 p.m. Thursday of a male student causing a disturbance with staff at the Lincoln Education Center, 604 S. Sixth St.

Baxter police

INFORMATION - A report Thursday of people smoking weed on the 7900 block of Greenwood Road.

THEFT - A report Thursday of a pop machine burglary on the second floor of the Holiday Inn Express, 15739 Audubon Way. Coke was missing and property damage was done to machine.
