STRANDED - A report at 11:39 a.m. Monday of an elderly couple stranded in the roundabout on College Drive and South Fourth Street.

ARRESTS - A 30-year-old man was arrested at 1:12 a.m. Tuesday at Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Ave. NE, for domestic assault, disorderly conduct, fourth-degree property damage and probation violation.

A 30-year-old man was arrested at 10:39 p.m. Monday for domestic assault, following an earlier incident reported on the 2400 block of Kermit Lane.

CITED - A 16-year-old male was cited for tobacco possession and placed at Boys PORT after having an altercation with another male, who was cited for domestic assault on South Eighth Street and Oak Street.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 6:41 p.m. Monday of a suspicious 8-year-old on the 700 block of Third Avenue Northeast. Officers were unable to locate.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of a cellphone on the 400 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast. The phone was later recovered.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of a vehicle on the 7300 block of Garrison Road.

THEFT - A report Monday that the complainant's granddaughter stole her social security number.

ARRESTS - A 26-year-old man was arrested Sept. 3 when he came into the police department to pick up a vehicle that had previously been towed. Police checked the male's driving status and learned he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

A 34-year-old man was arrested Sept. 2 for fifth-degree domestic assault. Before the arrest, police received a call of a theft/shoplifting incident from a business on West Main Street. The suspect left and was reported to be in Riverton, where he was involved in a domestic assault.

A male subject was arrested Sept. 1 for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance at a business on West Main Street.

A 25-year-old woman was arrested Sept. 2 during a traffic stop on Eighth Street Northeast for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance.

SUSPICIOUS - A report Sunday of a person sleeping in a vehicle on Oak Street. Subject was advised to leave.

Officers Thursday noticed a suspicious occupied vehicle in the parking lot of a building off Third Street Southwest. Officer found a tired juvenile male who was sleeping. Parent was notified and both advised of the curfew ordinance.

THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft of items from a resident's yard on the 600 block of Third Street Southwest. A portion of the items were found thrown in a neighbor's yard and recovered.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft at an unoccupied building on the 1800 block of Riverwood Drive. Taken from the garage was one full one-gallon gas can, a full 1.5-gallon gas can and gas was taken out of a lawnmower. A air compressor hose was also cut and used to take gas from the mower.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 2:36 p.m. Monday of someone yelling at an apartment on the 900 block of First Avenue Southwest. Officer talked with a male who had a bad dream, everything was OK.
