ARRESTS - A 34-year-old man was arrested at 1:03 a.m. Monday for fleeing on foot on the 300 block of Kingwood Street.

A 22-year-old man was arrested at 5:08 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct and obstructing emergency crew personnel in the emergency room at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 N. Third St.

A 34-year-old woman was arrested at 12:57 a.m. Sunday on a Crow Wing County warrant following a report of a stabbing on the 300 block of South Seventh Street. A 23-year-old woman was arrested for a Morrison County warrant.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 10:07 p.m. Sunday of a suspicious person riding around a residence on the 2800 block of Addison Avenue. Officers checked the area, but were unable to locate anyone.

Report at 8:29 p.m. Saturday of people inside a house that is believed to be vacant on the 300 block of Second Avenue Northeast. Officers learned parties are renting the house.

Report at 8:07 p.m. Saturday of juveniles looking in mailboxes on First Street Northeast and Evergreen. Officers searched the area and didn't locate anyone.

Report at 4:04 p.m. Saturday of a vehicle parked in the woods near the river landing on the 1200 block of Evergreen Avenue. Female subject was identified and told to be out by the following morning.

Report at 11:38 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on the 1100 block of Oak Street. A male was cited for disorderly conduct.

Report at 11:06 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on the 800 block of Walnut Street.

Report at 8:37 p.m. Friday of a suspicious vehicle on the 1300 block of South Eighth Street.

Report at 3:39 p.m. Friday of suspicious activity on the 14000 block of Northern Pacific Road.

Report at 10:25 a.m. Friday of a suspicious person on the 400 block of South Eighth Street. A male was cited for driving after revocation, no insurance and unregistered vehicle.

DISTURBANCE - Report at 11:58 a.m. Sunday of a female yelling in the front yard on the 1000 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast.

Report at 3:45 a.m. Sunday of an uncooperative subject in the emergency room. The subject was later arrested.

Report at 4 p.m. Friday of a disturbance with a patient, 11600 State Ave., Building 22.

Report at 2:14 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on Fifth Avenue Northeast and G Street. Officer found it to be a civil matter.

DOMESTIC - Report at 8:28 p.m. Sunday of a verbal domestic on the 1800 block of Norwood Street. Officers spoke with a female who said a male was arguing with her and she requested that he leave the residence.

Report at 12:43 a.m. Sunday of subject taking her money and running off on the 200 block of South Seventh Street.

Report at 9:07 p.m. Friday of a domestic on West College Drive and River Road. It was determined to be a verbal dispute.

BURGLARY - Report at 9:44 a.m. Sunday of a break-in on the 300 block of South Seventh Street. Officers determined the door was broke from officers' entry the previous night.

Report at 12:40 p.m. Saturday of items stolen from a residence on the 900 block of South Seventh Street.

FIGHT - Report at 11:40 p.m. Friday of a fight on the 700 block of Southwest Fourth Street. A female was cited for disorderly conduct, two males and one female were cited for underage consumption.

THEFT - Report Friday of a theft of a motorized bike from the Cub Foods parking lot, 417 Eighth Avenue Northeast, sometime in the past three weeks.

Report Friday of someone attempting to assault the caller and steal his wallet on the 1100 block of East River Road.

Report Friday of a theft of a wallet on the 600 block of Oak Street.

FIRE - Report at noon Monday of a fire alarm at Central Lakes College, 501 W. College Drive. CLC reported a student accidentally pulled the fire alarm pull station while in the gymnasium.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 4:53 a.m. Monday of a subject standing outside a business, 7472 Excelsior Road, for over an hour. Subject told officers he was waiting for family to pick him up.

Report at 11:59 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious vehicle on the south side of Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road, loading merchandise into a truck. The items appeared to have been purchased. Subject told police he parks in back so nobody tampers or steals items from his boat.

Report at 10:11 p.m. Friday of a suspicious vehicle at Northland Arboretum, 14250 Conservation Drive. Occupants were advised to go conduct their activities in a more private setting.

Report at 3:34 p.m. Friday of a neighbor who called complainant and told her there was an unknown vehicle in her driveway on the 14000 block of Inglewood Drive. Vehicle was gone before officers arrived.

ARRESTS - A 56-year-old woman was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Monday for fifth-degree drug possession and other traffic related offenses during a traffic stop on the 7400 block of Excelsior Road.

An 18-year-old man was arrested at 7:37 p.m. Friday for driving after revocation during a traffic stop on Highway 210 and Highland Scenic Road.

A 28-year-old man was cited at 5:19 p.m. Friday for fourth-degree property damage and theft by shoplifting at Mills Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

THEFT - Report Sunday of complainant leaving her purse in a booth, 14175 Edgewood Drive. She went back to the store and an employee had purse. Complainant said either $85 or $105 was missing.

INTOXICATED - Report at 7:49 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated female and complainant is concerned she may walk into traffic on Highway 371 and Highland Scenic Road. Officers transported woman home.

Report at 12:16 a.m. Saturday of an intoxicated male at Boulder Tap House, 15674 Edgewood Drive.

DISTURBANCE - Report at 7:35 a.m. Saturday of a disturbance in the parking lot on the 7800 block of Excelsior Road. A citation was issued for underage consumption.

Report at 7:52 p.m. Friday that complainant's son came home and was very upset on the 5400 block of Marohn Road. Complainant wanted him removed. After police advised complainant, he said he would leave for the night and let the son stay at home.

Report at 5:05 p.m. Friday of a verbal argument on the 5400 block of Marohn Road. Parties were separated upon arrival and it was nothing physical. It was agreed the subject could remain at residence.

DOMESTIC - Report at 3:28 p.m. Friday of a verbal domestic on the 13000 block of Meredith Drive. Suspect left prior to officers' arrival.

ARRESTS - An 18-year-old man was arrested at 2:04 a.m. Saturday for several offenses including obstructing justice, drug possession and underage consumption at Brainerd International Raceway, 5323 Birchdale Road, Brainerd. While deputies were investigating a separate call at BIR, deputies were informed by security that someone just urinated on a deputy's squad car.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at 5:51 a.m. Sunday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated following a report of a male sleeping in a vehicle at the junction on St. Mathias Road and Business Highway 371, Brainerd.

A 39-year-old man was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct following a report of wanting a subject removed from a hotel, 7827 Highway 169, Garrison. A male, who appeared to be hallucinating and seeing and hearing things, was screaming and hitting the walls of the hotel and scaring guests.

A 47-year-old woman was arrested at 1:28 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop on Highway 169 and County Road 26, Garrison.

A 23-year-old man was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct at BIR.

THEFT - Report Sunday of a theft of two cartons of cigarettes at Super America, 9329 Highway 169, Garrison.

Report Saturday of a theft from a vehicle on the 46000 block of High Drive, Garrison.

Report Friday of a theft of an antique phone booth from his yard on the 4000 block of Highway 25, Brainerd.

DISTURBANCE - Report at 5:32 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 12000 block of Burgwald Road, Brainerd.

Report Saturday of a theft of a bike on the 9200 block of Highway 169, Garrison.

Report at 3:05 a.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 7800 block of Highway 169, Garrison.

Report at 2:35 a.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 5500 block of Birchdale Road, Brainerd.

Report at 1:52 a.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 25000 block of Sunset Valley Road, Nisswa. Parties separated and given a ride.

Report at 6:27 a.m. Friday of a disturbance on the 21000 block of Forest Hills Drive, Nisswa.

BURGLARY - Report at 5:11 p.m. Saturday of a burglary on the 20000 block of Hematite Street, Crosby, where a fish house and shot gun shells were missing from a garage.

Report at 8 p.m. Friday of a cabin and garage burglarized on the 9700 block of Maple Ridge Road, Garrison. Several items were missing.

SUSPICIOUS - Report at 6:50 p.m. Saturday of a truck parked on Main Street and Second Avenue in Riverton all day.

Report at 2:33 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious vehicle parked on the 21000 block of Lake Road, Ironton. It appeared a male was passed out behind the wheel.

Report at 2:01 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious person on the 9500 block of Maple Ridge Road, Garrison.

Report at 12:04 p.m. Friday of a suspicious person on the 17000 block of Bernard Road, Brainerd.

Report at 11:03 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious person on the 200 block of Laurel Street.
