PROPERTY DAMAGE - A report at 10:17 p.m. Friday of a vehicle running over carts in the parking lot at Wal-Mart. Vehicle was gone upon arrival.

ASSIST - Assisted the United States Post Office, Baxter, 7757 College Road, to a water main break at 7:05 a.m. Monday.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 5:26 a.m. Monday of complainant getting up for work and smelling cigarettes coming in her bedroom window on the 13000 block of Madeline Drive. Complainant looked outside and a male was standing on the street.

OTHER - A report Sunday of kids skateboarding on the 13000 block of Cherrywood Drive. Complainant said they were not doing anything wrong, but wanted officers to speak with them. Officers were unable to locate kids.

ANIMAL - A report Sunday of a fox running in a circle for the past hour and a half on the 14000 block of Welton Road. Officer arrived and was informed that they believed the fox went under the deck. Officer was unable to locate.

INTOXICATED - A report at 8:49 p.m. Saturday of a male party causing a disturbance in one of the rooms at Holiday Inn Express, 15739 Audobon Way. Officer arrived and male party was extremely intoxicated and stated he would go to bed for the night.

ARRESTS - A 25-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman were arrested at 12:09 a.m. Saturday at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road, for theft and drug possession following a report of two shoplifters

SHOOTING - A report at 2:42 p.m. Friday of hearing shots near the 4700 block area of Mapleton Road. Officers spoke with individuals on scene who were logging and they also thought they heard shots, but were unsure due to the chainsaws running.

ASSAULT - A report at 1:22 a.m. Sunday of a girl who was assaulted on the 200 block of South Eighth Street.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of donated clothing on the 2900 block of Oak Street.

A report Saturday of a theft of a bike on the 500 block of Northeast Washington Street.

A report Friday of a theft from a residence on the 600 block of Front Street.

A report Friday of a suspect who stole complainant's camera on Southeast 11th Street and then pawned it.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 12:33 a.m. Monday of a loud bang on the 1000 block of Third Avenue Northeast. Officers discovered a one vehicle crash had occurred.

INTOXICATED - A report at 12:25 p.m. Sunday of an intoxicated subject on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street. Officer assisted staff with returning subject to his apartment.

ARRESTS - A 51-year-old man was arrested at 4:34 a.m. Sunday for felony theft and probation violation following a report of suspicious activity of two males towing four-wheelers via rope behind bicycles.

A 19-year-old man and a 20-year-old man were arrested on county warrants during a traffic stop at 11:05 p.m. Saturday on the 500 block of South Fifth Street. Another subject was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

A 24-year-old woman was arrested at 5:18 a.m. Saturday on the 1600 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast for domestic assault and disorderly conduct.

A 46-year-old man was arrested at 1:30 a.m. for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) on the 1900 block of Oak Street.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at 12:43 a.m. Saturday for DWI, hit and run, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and failing to stop at a stop sign during a traffic stop on 13th Street and Pine Street.

BURGLARY - A report Sunday of a burglary on the 1300 block of M Street.

A report Friday of all the windows from a garage on the 100 block of First Avenue Northeast were smashed.

A report Friday of a room broken into on the 2100 block of South Sixth Street.

PARTY - A report at 12:08 a.m. Sunday of a large drinking party on the 900 block of Southeast 15th Street. Four people were cited for underage consumption of alcohol and a male was issued a citation for open bottle in a motor vehicle.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 4:10 p.m. Saturday of individuals yelling on the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast. Officers learned a male was hollering out of frustration due to a construction project.

ARRESTS - A 19-year-old man was arrested at 11:06 p.m. Sunday following a report of an assault on the 300 block of Laurel Street.

A 19-year-old man was arrested at 8:59 p.m. Saturday following a report of a party complaint on the 24000 block of County Road 19. Merrifield.

FIRE - A report at 7:56 p.m. Sunday of a fire at Ruttgers Bay Lake Lodge, 25039 Tame Fish Lake Road, Deerwood. It was reported that the resort was having chimney problems. Firefighters cleaned up the chimney.

A report at 4:09 p.m. Saturday of a suspected fire on the 16000 block of Main Street, Riverton.

THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft at Wild Rice Depot, 9360 Wild Rice Road, Brainerd.

A report Saturday of a theft on the 20000 block of Greenwood Isle, Deerwood.

BURGLARY - A report Sunday of a break-in at a residence sometime in the past week on the 10000 block of Heron Street, Brainerd.

A report at 2:54 a.m. Sunday of a burglary in progress on the 32000 block of County Road 3, Crosslake.

A report Saturday of a burglary on the 15000 block of Eaglewood Drive, Deerwood.
