SUSPICIOUS - A report at 3:37 a.m. Tuesday of a subject acting erratically in downtown Brainerd. Officer learned subject was homeless and was possibly living in a downtown building on the 200 block of South Seventh Street.
A report at 6:23 p.m. Monday of an unwanted subject sleeping in a garage on the 1000 block of Southeast 11th Street. Subject left prior to officers' arrival.
A report at 6:16 p.m. Monday that complainant could hear neighbors calling her derogatory names from inside their apartment on Fourth Avenue. Officer spoke to both parties and advised them to avoid each other.
A report at 11:18 a.m. Monday of a female singing and waving her arms up and down the 700 block of Laurel Street bothering people. She was advised to stop.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of money and credit card on the 200 block of Laurel Street.
A report Monday of a theft of a laptop on the 500 block of Northwest Fourth Street.
BURGLARY - A report Monday of medications taken from the 600 block of South Sixth Street. Officers found no signs of a burglary.
OTHER - A report at 12:37 p.m. Monday of a bike found in a tree on the 1500 block of South Eighth Street. The Community Service Officer removed the bike from the tree.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of tools from a garage on Highway 169 in Garrison.
SUSPICIOUS - A report Monday of a campfire ring in the woods by the river on Miller Lake Road, Crosby.
FIRE - The suspected fire reported Saturday in Riverton, that was in Tuesday's police blotter, was a contained brush fire, it was learned.

CRASH - A personal injury crash was reported at 3:21 p.m. Saturday on County Road 1 and Daggett Creek Drive, Fifty Lakes. A juvenile female from Crosby had possible minor injuries and was taken to the hospital by her parents. North Memorial Ambulance checked her out on scene and concluded she did not need ambulance for medical.

SUSPICIOUS - A report Sunday of a juvenile male pointing a paint gun at cars on the 800 block of Eighth Street Northeast. Officers located two juvenile males who were on private property and playing Army. Both were advised and sent home.
A report Friday of a suspicious person lurking in the area of the 200 block of Second Street Southeast. Officers located male and advised him.
A report Sept. 15 of a possible suspicious male observed in the parking lot of a business on East Main Street. Officers checked into the matter and determined it to be OK.
A report at 1:30 a.m. Sept. 15 of possible suspicious activity at a residence on First Avenue Northwest. Officer checked area and transported one subject to the hospital for medical care.
DISTURBANCE - A report Sunday of a group of people arguing and causing a disturbance on East Main Street. Officers responded and advised them to all go home.
A report at 2 a.m. Sunday of a male and female who were in a loud argument on West Main Street. Officers responded and one was transported to detox and other was cited for being a public nuisance.

A report Sept. 15 of a theft of two wheel trailer on the 600 block of Dakota Avenue Southwest.
MEDICAL - A report at 3:22 p.m. Saturday of an individual who fell off a roof. The subject was taken to the hospital.
FIRE - A report Sept. 16 of a vehicle fire on Highway 10 and Todd County Road 83. The Staples Fire Department responded.

ASSIST - Assisted the sheriff's officer with a domestic situation at 8:37 p.m. Sunday where the female caller was calling for help as the phone was disconnected on the 5900 block of Birchdale Road.
Assisted Lake Shore police with an intoxicated male who was passed out outside in the parking lot at Zorbaz. Male was transported to the hospital.
Assisted Minnesota State Patrol with a domestic on the road on Highway 371 and Nashway Road in Nisswa.

ANIMAL - A report Sunday of complainant losing a Springer Spaniel that goes by "Springer" on the 29000 block of Mohican Circle.
A report Sept. 15 of complainant's small dog swam in the run-off water collection near Dellwood Drive and an hour later the dog died. The incident was passed onto the public works supervisor.
ARREST - A 27-year-old man was arrested at 10:24 p.m. Friday during a traffic stop on County Roads 4 and 11 for fifth-degree possession of controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a dangerous weapon and other charges.

ASSIST - Assisted emergency room staff at St. Gabriel's Hospital Sunday with a disorderly patient. The subject was uncooperative and used offensive language towards the hospital staff in a loud voice that other people in the emergency room could hear. Officers assisted hospital staff as needed, cleared and then were called back. While officers were in the emergency room, the subject threatened to kill the doctor and to punch him in the face while in the room with the doctor. The subject continued to use offensive language in a loud voice that anyone in the emergency room could hear and was pounding on the walls/window of the room. The subject was arrested.
INFORMATION - A report at 6:48 p.m. Sunday of two intoxicated males walking in an alley on Second Street Northeast yelling, hollering and calling a subject racial slurs.
ARREST - A 50-year-old was arrested at 2:28 p.m. Sunday on the 700 block of 12th Street Northeast, following a report of an unwanted subject. Officers discovered that an alleged assault with a weapon had taken place the previous night.
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 8:31 p.m. Friday of a report of females outside yelling on the 500 block of Second Street Southeast. Officers arrived and learned that there was a group of kids playing outside.
THEFT - A report Thursday of a theft on the 300 block of Seventh Street Northeast.
BURGLARY - A report Sept. 17 of a burglary on the 200 block of Ninth Street Northeast.
