SUSPICIOUS - At 4:56 p.m. Thursday on the 7500 block of Excelsior Road, police received a report of a male sitting under the trees near the highway in the parking lot looking suspicious. Officer was unable to locate the male.
DRIVING COMPLAINT - At 12:28 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Clearwater Road and Northwoods Drive, police received a message on the department phone regarding a speeding dump truck coming from the Whipple Beach area. Caller was concerned someone will get run over and requested extra patrol.

ARREST - A 27-year-old man was arrested and cited 10:27 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Laurel Street for disorderly conduct and misdemeanor damage to property. The man had damaged a door and was trying to fight with patrons at Liquor Pigz.

A 20-year-old man was arrested 9:15 a.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of Brook Street for felony probation violation, fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, driving after revocation and possession of a dangerous weapon. Police were responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle that had been parked on the street for more than an hour.
A 23-year-old woman was arrested 2:51 a.m. Friday on the 900 block of 10th Avenue Northeast for disorderly conduct and domestic assault.
An 18-year-old man was arrested 6:54 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of North Fourth Street for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Police were responding to a report of a fight in Gregory Park. Police also arrested one juvenile for second-degree assault and disorderly conduct and another juvenile for use of tobacco.
SUSPICIOUS - Police received a report at 7:42 p.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of 10th Avenue Northeast of a party saying someone knocked and possibly kicked his door. It happened a few minutes prior to the report. Officers checked the area but did not locate anyone involved.
Police received a report at 12:19 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of East River Road of a young male pulling into the parking lot and taking a bottle of whiskey out of the trunk and taking a drink. The officer spoke with the male registered owner who denied doing anything and stated he was doing photography for school at the park.
THEFTS - Police received a report of a theft at 6:36 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast.
Police received a report of a bike theft at 3:58 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Quince Street.
Police received a report of a theft of money at 12:03 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Wright Street.

Police received a report of a theft at 3:19 p.m. Thursday on the 1500 block of Mill Avenue.
Police received a report of a theft of a tablet at 2:43 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of Norwood Street.
Police received a report of a theft at 8:44 a.m. Thursday on the 3400 block of Oak Street.
BURGLARY - Police received a report of a burglary at 1:07 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of James Street.
ANIMAL - At 12:20 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Norwood Street and Southeast 12th Street, an officer observed a yellow labrador running around the area. The officer attempted to get control of the dog, however, it ran away from him. Officer contacted animal control to assist in locating the dog.
Little Falls police
ANIMALS - At 2:03 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of 1st Avenue Southeast, a caller reported there were about 15 cats in the neighbor's yard and now a mother cat brought 4 kittens to the property and put them under her shed. Animal control contacted.
At 9:53 p.m., Sept. 19, near the intersection of Sixth Street Northeast and Fourth Avenue Northeast, a report said a cat came out of the storm sewer and looked like it could not walk very well. An officer arrived on scene and observed a grey cat that could not walk and was shaking badly. The officer took the cat from the scene and dispatched it.

DISTURBING THE PEACE - At 11:13 p.m., Sept. 19, officers responded to the Morrison County Fairgrounds for a report of an injured subject lying on the ground. Officers arrived on scene and determined the subject had fallen out of a tractor and hit his head. The subject was also allegedly intoxicated. Officers remained on scene until the subject was transported by ambulance.
TRESPASS - At 10:41 p.m., Sept. 19, on the 100 block of Lindberg Drive South, a 46-year old woman was arrested for trespassing after she was allegedly observed entering an occupied dwelling uninvited. An officer removed her from the residence. The officer allegedly observed her to be obviously intoxicated, and she blew a .196 at the scene.
ASSAULT - At 2:56 p.m., Sept. 19, on the 100 block of Seventh Street Northeast a 20-year-old man was arrested/cited.
SCAMS - In two separate incidents reported at 11:51 a.m., Sept. 19 and 4:14 p.m. Sept. 18, different complainants both reported receiving a phone call from a subject claiming to be their grandson. The subject stated that he was in jail and needed money so he could be bailed out. The complainants each said they never gave the subject any money.
