Groups of competing protesters faced off Friday, July 10, on Fairview Road in Baxter.

One group protested in front of Sen. Paul Gazelka's Baxter business to demand Gazelka, as Minnesota Senate majority leader, stop blocking police accountability legislation.

A group of counterprotesters also formed in opposition.
