The Brainerd City Council will have a public hearing and second reading of proposed ordinance No. 1512 regarding amending Section 600 of the Brainerd city code pertaining to public health and garbage disposal.
The public hearing is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at City Hall, 501 Laurel St., Brainerd.
