PEQUOT LAKES-Pequot Lakes Early Childhood Family Education is offering a January activity called Read, Run and Climb, geared toward families with preschoolers. The event will include time to shoot hoops, climb the rock wall and play large motor activities or run around in the Eagle View Upper Level Gym.
Read, Run and Climb will be offered from 5:45-7:15 p.m. on three Tuesdays-Jan. 12, 19 and 26. The registration fee is $2 per date per family. Pre-registration is requested by calling 218-568-7520 and sign up with Shannon Wheeler or Denise Caple in the ECFE office.
Preschool children may be accompanied by elementary school aged siblings as well as a parent or parents. Children will be able to select a book to keep for their reading time at home.
