WADENA — Due to the surge of COVID-19 cases in the region, ReadyCare has transitioned to only seeing patients with COVID-19 symptoms, Monday through Friday, according to a Tri-County Health Care news release.

On Saturdays, it will return to seeing all walk-in patients, but with workflows in place to separate COVID-19-suspected and COVID-19-positive patients from others.

Tri-County Health Care continues to encourage patients to seek care when needed. All efforts will be made for negative-screened patients with acute care needs to be seen the same day in its primary care clinics rather than being offered ReadyCare. The emergency room remains available for all urgent medical needs.
