NISSWA - Carlson Hardware of Nisswa recently hosted a recycling event to benefit Nisswa Elementary School's parent teacher organization.
About 60 people participated in the electronics, television, paint and light bulb recycling day and over 1,900 pounds of electronics were recycled, including 38 televisions. The event raised $665 dollars for the Nisswa Elementary PTO.
