Starting Thursday, April 2, COVID-19 coverage deemed vital to the public’s interest will remain accessible to all readers, regardless of membership (subscription) status. However, if the reader is a non-member, a pop up will appear and they will be required to register and log in to continue reading our coverage.
The registration process is simple, especially if registering with an existing Google or Facebook account, and does not require payment.
Once registered and logged in, a non-member will receive a pop-up notice stating they have used up their two free articles. Non-members will either need to hit the subscribe button or select back to the homepage in the upper left-hand corner to continue browsing/clicking COVID-19 articles.
