Rollover crash injures Nisswa woman, child

A Nisswa woman and child were injured the afternoon of Saturday, June 5, after a Chevy Traverse crossed northbound and southbound lanes of Highway 25 and struck a field approach.

According to Minnesota State Patrol reports, a 2021 Chevy Traverse operated by Laura Ann Gronholz, 34, and occupied by Brecken Justin Grunholz, 10, both of Nisswa, was traveling at 2:51 p.m., Saturday, northbound on Highway 25 in Daggett Brook Township. The Traverse crossed the northbound lane, then the southbound lane and struck the west ditch. The Traverse hit a field approach and rolled.

Both driver and passenger were wearing seat belts at the time and conditions are described as dry. The Grunholzes were transported to North Memorial Health-Robbinsdale for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Assisting at the scene was the Morrison County Sheriff's Office, Pierz Fire Department and North Memorial Health Ambulance.
