ROYALTON-A 30-year-old Royalton man was hospitalized following a vehicle rollover where he reportedly had his arm trapped under his vehicle.
The Morrison County Sheriff's Office responded to the rollover at 8:47 p.m. Saturday on 93rd Street, west of Imperial Road in Bellevue Township, near Royalton.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies responded and upon arrival found a black sedan upside down in the south ditch on 93rd Street. The driver, Michael Alan Dancer, was found inside the vehicle with his arm trapped under the vehicle. Deputies, along with first responders were able to lift the car enough to free Dancer's arm and get him out of the vehicle prior to Gold Cross ambulance arriving on scene. Gold Cross ambulance transported Dancer to the North Air Care helicopter that was staged nearby and he was flown to the St. Cloud Hospital with unknown injuries.
The sheriff's office was assisted at the scene by the Royalton Police Department, Minnesota State Patrol, Royalton First Response Team, Royalton Fire Department, Gold Cross Ambulance and North Air Care.
The sheriff's office continues to investigate the cause of this crash.
