Sauk Rapids police seek the public's help in finding missing woman

The Sauk Rapids police department is looking for the public’s assistance in locating Meghan Schmelz, 33, of Sauk Rapids.

Meghan walked away from her residence on Monday, 2/2/15 and she was not dressed for the weather.

She was last seen at Lions Park in Sauk Rapids at 5 p.m.

Schmelz is described as 5’9”, 227 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing jeans, a purple hoodie and her left foot was bandaged from previous frostbite.

Meghan has the letters “EJ” tattooed on the left side of her neck. She has a number of health issues and authorities are concerned for her welfare.
