ALEXANDRIA - A former Alexandria man sentenced in July for criminal sexual conduct has again been charged with additional sex crimes.
Colin Lloyd Robertson, 20, of Minot, N.D., formerly of Alexandria, is charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct -- all felony level offenses.
A victim alleges in May 2014, Robertson, then 18 years old, engaged in sexual penetration with a person between the ages of 13 and 16. One of the charges alleges Robertson used force or coercion to penetrate the victim.
A court hearing is scheduled for February 11, 2016 in Douglas County District Court.
In July, Robertson pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years of probation for a separate incident that occurred in the spring or early summer of 2014 involving another female between the ages of 13 and 16. He was also required to register as a predatory offender and attend a sex offender program.
