Sex offender to return to Brainerd

The Minnesota Department of Corrections has notified the Brainerd Police Department a Level 3 predatory offender will be released from incarceration and returning to northeast Brainerd.

The Minnesota Department of Corrections has notified the Brainerd Police Department a Level 3 predatory offender will be released from incarceration and returning to northeast Brainerd.

Jordan Michael Koloski, 39, is scheduled to be released from incarceration July 6 and move to a residence in the 100 block of Gillis Avenue in northeast Brainerd.

He has a history of sexual contact with female victims between the ages of 15 and 17. Contact included touch and penetration. He has used force and/or taken advantage of the victim's vulnerable state due to intoxication. He was both known and unknown to the victims.

Koloski is not new to the area. He has resided at this location in the past, therefore a community notification meeting will not be scheduled for this release.
