HACKENSACK-Linnea Dietrich of Hackensack and Lynnette Dirks-Tripp will offer a two-day seminar again this year to make people aware of sex trafficking in this area.
Last year, 450 people attended a film presentation at Bear Pause Theater about this subject.
This year, there will be a documentary film, "I Am Jane Doe," shown at Bear Pause Theater in Hackensack April 25 and a personal story told April 26 at Walker-Hackensack-Akeley school from a victim of sexual abuse.
Doors open for both programs at 5:30 p.m., with the programs to begin at 6 p.m. Breakout sessions will follow each presentation for participants to ask questions or tell their concerns about possible trafficking.
The program is open to teens ages 13 and above, parents and community members.
